Surgery completed on Casilla's right leg

OAKLAND -- Right-hander Santiago Casilla had successful surgery to remove a cyst from his right tibia Tuesday.

Giants manager Bruce Bochy said he'll have a better idea of how much time Casilla will miss when he talks to the medical staff.

Casilla said Monday that his knee has been sore for more than a year and he's been able to pitch through it.
