Texas Rangers Promote Paige Farragut to Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service

Arlington, Texas-The Texas Rangers today announced that Paige Farragut has been promoted to Senior Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service.

Farragut is responsible for revenue generation through the sale of season, group, and individual ticket sales as well as long-term and nightly suites at Rangers Ballpark in Arlington.

"We are pleased to announce this well-deserved promotion for Paige Farragut," commented Rangers Executive Vice President for Ballpark Operations Rob Matwick. "The Rangers have established record attendance numbers over the last several seasons due to the efforts of Paige and her very diligent and hard-working staff."

Over the last two seasons, the Rangers have averaged 40,727 fans per home game, the fourth best figure in the major leagues and second to the New York Yankees among American League clubs. Texas set a franchise record by drawing 3,460,280 fans in 2012 and followed that with the second best mark ever at 3,178,273 in 2013.

Farragut has been with the Rangers' ticket and suite sales operations since 1999 and most recently served as Vice President, Ticket Sales and Service. Prior to that, she worked for the Dallas Stars as a season ticket account executive. Farragut is a graduate of Texas State University.
