The Damon Runyon 5K at Yankee Stadium

For the last four years, thousands of runners and walkers descend on Yankee Stadium to participate in the Damon Runyon 5K. This event serves as a conduit through which funds are raised to support the Damon Runyon Foundation that focuses on cancer research. This event raised more than $715,000 this year and has raised more than $2 million since it started.
