  • Fans are invited to pay their respects to Mahlon Duckett, who was the last surviving member of the Philadelphia Stars of the Negro Leagues, with a moment of silence before Friday night's game.

    • Zampognari Di Filadelfia, Philly's Italian Bagpipers, will be performing at the First Base Gate.

    • When gates open at 5:05 p.m., fans are invited to go onto the field to take photos with Phillies players, broadcasters, the Phillie Phanatic, Phoebe and the Galapagos Gang, compliments of Apple Vacations and Now Resorts and Spas.
    • All fans will receive a Magnetic Photo Frame featuring the Phillie Phanatic, Maikel Franco, Ryan Howard, and Cole Hamels. 
  • First Ball: Warner Bros. Records recording hip hop artist Jake Miller, who was named MTV's 2014 "Ones to Watch" artist. Miller is in Philadelphia for his summer-long Dazed and Confused headlining tour.
