Trumbo sits vs. Rox but expects quick return

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz. -- D-backs left fielder Mark Trumbo was scratched from Friday's starting lineup with a bruised left heel.

Trumbo, who was replaced in the lineup by Shelley Duncan, expected to be back in the lineup Saturday.

"It's not a big deal at all," he said Friday.

Trumbo went 1-for-4 in the first two games of the spring with two nice catches in left field.

"He's a little sore today, so we don't want that to go the wrong way," D-backs manager Kirk Gibson said. "We've got a lot of games to play."
