Nats to make up Tuesday's game in twin bill

Postponed contest vs. Marlins will be Sept. 26 matinee of split doubleheader

Tuesday's postponed game between the Nationals and the Marlins at Nationals Park will be made up as part of a split doubleheader on Sept. 26.

The makeup game will be at 1:05 p.m. ET, with the regularly-scheduled contest still to take place at 7:05. All gates for the night game will open 1 1/2 hours after the last out of the matinee, or at 6 p.m. -- whichever is later. The two games will require separate admission.

Fans with game tickets to Tuesday's postponed game can use their original tickets for the Sept. 26 makeup game, and those unable to attend that game may exchange their tickets for any Regular or Value game during the regular season. Exchanged tickets will be issued from available ticket inventory in the closest pricing category of equal- or lesser-value seats.

Season-ticket holders whose plan includes seats for the Tuesday's postponed game will have their card automatically activated for the September 26 makeup game. Any season-ticket holders wishing to transfer or forward seats for the makeup game should log on to nationals.com/access to view their seats.

For more information on exchanging tickets purchased through nationals.com or the team's telephone charge line, please call 1-888-632-NATS.
