The Chicago White Sox have announced their 2015 regular-season schedule, with the season-opening series at Kansas City from Monday, April 6-Thursday, April 9 (off day on April 7). The club opens the season on the road for just the fourth time in the last 11 seasons (also 2008 and 2011 in Cleveland and 2012 in Texas).

The White Sox celebrate Opening Day at U.S. Cellular Field on Friday, April 10 vs. Minnesota. Following the three-game set with the Twins (April 10-12) and an off day (April 13), Chicago takes a five-game trip to Cleveland (April 14-15) and Detroit (April 17-19).

The Cincinnati Reds are the first of five interleague opponents the White Sox face in 2015. Chicago hosts the Reds from May 8-10 for the first time since Cincinnati visited U.S. Cellular Field in 2001. Other interleague opponents include: the Crosstown Series vs. the Cubs (July 10-12 at Wrigley Field and August 14-16 at U.S. Cellular Field); Milwaukee (May 11-13 at Miller Park); Pittsburgh (June 15-16 at PNC Park and June 17-18 at U.S. Cellular Field) and St. Louis (June 30-July 1 at Busch Stadium and July 21-22 at U.S. Cellular Field).

The White Sox play two series with each American League team outside the Central division, including the following home dates: Houston (June 8-10); Texas (June 19-21); Baltimore (July 3-5); Toronto (July 6-9); New York Yankees (July 31-August 2); Tampa Bay (August 3-5); Los Angeles Angels (August 10-12); Boston (August 24-26); Seattle (August 27-30); and Oakland (September 14-17).

Chicago will host one, three-team homestand (September 7-17) and take three, three-city trips (May 25-June 4, June 22-July 2, September 18-27).

The White Sox play 13 home weekend series next season, including the home-opening series vs. Minnesota, interleague series vs. the Reds and Cubs, a three-game set vs. the Yankees and the final series of the season vs. Detroit (October 2-4).

The 2015 schedule is tentative and subject to change. Finalized game times and a complete broadcast schedule will be released at a later date.
