White Sox Honor Derek Jeter
Farewell Captain.
The Chicago White Sox honored Derek Jeter in his final game at U.S. Cellular Field by presenting him with some special items. Paul Konerko joined Jeter on the field, where he was presented with a bench made of bats, balls and bases, as well as some dirt from U.S. Cellular Field and a $5,000 check for Jeter's Turn 2 Foundation.

Jeter is going to need to look into storage units at the rate these farewell gifts are coming.
