Worth noting

• Jonathan Schoop, Baltimore's No. 6 prospect, went 0-for-4 with two strikeouts on Saturday for Triple-A Norfolk. It was his second game back for the Tides since returning from a strained lower back. Top overall prospect Kevin Gausman pitched 4 1/3 innings for the Tides on Saturday, allowing four earned runs on six hits, with two walks and two strikeouts.

• Adam Jones and Chris Davis each have 15 or more RBIs in April, May, June and July. The last Orioles player to accomplish that feat was Miguel Tejada in 2006.

• Matt Wieters, who served as designated hitter on Sunday, has thrown out more would-be basestealers (98) than any other catcher since his first full season, 2010. He's also caught the second-most innings over that span (4,182 1/3), and has more extra-base hits (162) than any catcher over that span.
