• Everth Cabrera (strained hamstring) ran some light sprints in the outfield Wednesday. Black had previously set Sept. 1, when rosters will expand, as a tentative return date for Cabrera, though that seems a bit premature now. Jedd Gyorko, who returned to the lineup Tuesday after missing three starts with a sore hamstring, felt no lingering effects on Wednesday.
