Began the season on the seven-day injured list at Greensboro...Pitched 2.0 scoreless innings and earned the win in a rehab appearance with Bradenton on 4/26 at Lakeland...Was reinstated from the I.L. at Greensboro on 4/29...Pitched 16.2 consecutive innings without allowing an earned run to begin his stint with the Grasshoppers from 4/30-6/10 before allowing his only two earned runs with the team on 6/14 at Rome...His five saves during his time with Greensboro led all Pirates farmhands and were tied for the most in the South Atlantic League...Was promoted to Altoona on 6/24...Pitched 12.1 consecutive innings without allowing a run to begin his time with the Curve from 6/25-7/19 before allowing two unearned runs in his second inning of work on 7/19 vs. Akron...Tossed 8.1 scoreless innings over his final five appearances with Altoona from 8/3-17...Was promoted to Indianapolis on 8/19...Faced 64 straight batters from 7/29 at Portland (with Altoona) to 9/9 vs. Iowa (with Indianapolis) without allowing a hit...Went a combined 8-0 with seven saves, a 0.74 ERA (61.0 IP/5 R), 69 strikeouts, a .110 batting average against and a 0.80 WHIP in 40 appearances split between the four teams...Ranked tied for third among all Pirates farmhands in wins and tied for fifth in saves...Posted the lowest ERA in all of Minor League Baseball among relief pitchers with at least 60.0 innings pitched (was also the lowest ERA by a minor league reliever with at least 60.0 innings since 2019)...Was recognized as the organization’s Kent Tekulve Reliever of the Year during Young Bucs Awards Week...Was selected to the 40-man roster on 11/18.
