In the event that any potential winner does not respond to the First Prize Notification within three (3) days of the date of issuance or declines the first prize for any reason, a disqualification will result, the first prize will be forfeited and, at Sponsor’s sole discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries from the respective Entry Period.

FIRST PRIZES, APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE (“ARV”), AND ODDS OF WINNING:

A. First Prize (5 total; 1 per Entry Period): Each first prize includes two (2) tickets (for winner and one [1] guest) to the August 7, 2026 Pittsburgh Pirates home game and participation in the “Grand Prize Event” (defined below) (each a “First Prize”) (exact date and time of game determined by Administrator in its sole discretion). The ARV of each First Prize is $360. No more than five (5) First Prizes, one (1) per Entry Period, will be awarded.

First Prize winners are required to travel to PNC Park (the “Stadium”) for the Grand Prize Event on August 7, 2026 at their own expense (including parking, if necessary) and must be willing to participate in an on-field presentation including a random presentation process. If any First Prize winner fails for any reason to appear for the Grand Prize Event, the opportunity to participate in same will be forfeited and no alternate First Prize winner will be selected. Sponsor and Administrator are not responsible for the postponement or cancellation of the Grand Prize Event; no substitute tickets will be provided.

Sponsor is not responsible if Grand Prize Event is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason. First Prize winners will not receive compensation from Sponsor for tickets that the winner is unable to use due to cancellation of the game, but tickets may be subject to standard rain-check policies and procedures set by the issuer. First Prize winners agree that game admission is awarded pursuant to a revocable, nontransferable license that is personal to that applicable winner, and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, bartered, assigned, exchanged, placed in commerce, transferred, given away, donated or otherwise conveyed. Sponsor reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to winner and/or his/her guest if either winner or his/her guest violates the previous restrictions or engages in a disruptive manner, or with intent to abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the event.

Travel, transportation, parking, lodging, meals, all federal, state and local taxes and any and all other cost or expenses not expressly set forth in these Official Rules are not included in a First Prize.

B. Total ARV of all First Prizes: The total ARV of all First Prizes is $1,800.

C. Odds of Winning a First Prize: The odds of winning a First Prize depends on the number of eligible Sweepstakes Entries received for each Entry Period during the Sweepstakes Period.

D. First Prize General Conditions: Each potential First Prize winner will be contacted by telephone or e-mail address as listed in the potential winner’s Entry. Three (3) attempts will be made to contact the potential First Prize winners. Each First Prize winner will subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with the terms of these Official Rules. If the three (3) attempts to contact any potential First Prize winner fail, then an alternative potential First Prize winner will be selected. Failure of the potential First Prize winners to provide all required information and a signature on the documents (if applicable) within the stated time period may result in forfeiture of a winner’s right to claim his/her First Prize, and may result in the First Prize being awarded to an alternate winner, if time permits. If a potential winner is disqualified, found to be ineligible or not in compliance with these Official Rules, declines to accept the First Prize, the respective First Prize may be forfeited. If a First Prize is forfeited, the First Prize may be awarded to an alternate winner, selected in a random drawing from among all remaining eligible Entries, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator in its/their sole discretion. If, after a good-faith attempt, Sponsor is unable to award or deliver a First Prize, the First Prize may not be re-awarded. Upon verification of eligibility, each First Prize winner will be contacted to make arrangements for the grand prize event (“Grand Prize Event”). Any difference between the stated value and the actual face value of the tickets will not be awarded.

GRAND PRIZE WINNER DETERMINATION: Each First Prize winner will be required to attend the Grand Prize Event on August 7, 2026 at their own expense (including parking, if necessary). At the Grand Prize Event, each First Prize winner will be required to participate in the grand prize winner selection process (the “Grand Prize Winner Determination”) which will take place after the Grand Prize Event on the field. Each First Prize winner will be assigned a number one (1) through five (5) based on which Entry Period they were selected as a First Prize winner and will receive a jersey with that number on it (size and style of jersey determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion). Once on the field, an assigned representative of Sponsor will conduct a random drawing and select a number (one [1] through five [5]) from a container. The First Prize winner who has the jersey with the number selected will be the potential Grand Prize winner. If any First Prize winner fails for any reason to appear for the Grand Prize Event at the Grand Prize Winner Determination , the opportunity to participate in same will be forfeited. Details of the Grand Prize Event will be determined by Sponsor and Administrator in their sole discretion. The Grand Prize Event will include a random drawing of the potential Grand Prize winner from the pool of First Prize winners present at the Grand Prize Winner Determination. If the Grand Prize Event or Grand Prize Winner Determination must be cancelled or postponed due to any reason, Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random drawing from amongst the First Prize winners to determine the Grand Prize winner.
