IMPORTANT TERMS AND CONDITIONS
This ticket is a non-renewable, revocable license granted by the Pirates to allow the Holder to enter the Facility and observe the Event identified on the ticket. By using the ticket, Holder for him/herself and for any accompanying minor(s), agrees to the terms and conditions below, including any applicable Major League Baseball rules and the standards of guest conduct published on the Pirates' website (www.pirates.com/a-z), which are incorporated by reference ("Agreement"). This license may be terminated without compensation if Holder violates the Agreement, or for any reason in the Pirates' sole discretion, by refunding the price on the face of the ticket to the original purchaser. The Pirates reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of the Agreement at any time, by posting changes on the team website identified above. Holder is solely responsible for reading and understanding the Agreement before using this ticket and/or those of minor(s).
This license may be terminated without compensation if the ticket is resold in violation of this Agreement or applicable law. The ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. Tickets obtained from sources other than the Pirates or Tickets.com could be lost or stolen. Holders of lost or stolen tickets will not be admitted to the Event. Holder consents to manual or electronic inspection of their person and personal property at any time inside the Facility. Holder may be denied entry or ejected from the Event if Holder is found to be in possession of any potentially dangerous, hazardous, inappropriate or injurious objects. Such objects may also be confiscated. Holder may not bring any glass bottles, cans or alcoholic beverages inside the Facility. Trespassing, disrupting the Event or attempting physical contact with a participant will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
ASSUMPTION OF RISK AND RELEASE: Holder and accompanying minor(s) assume all risk and danger incidental to the Event, occurring in any part of the Facility, including but not limited to the stands, concourses and concession areas, at any time prior to, during or subsequent to the Event (including but not limited to, injuries from balls, bats or other objects entering the stands, including objects projected into the stands for entertainment purposes). Holder agrees to waive and release any claim that the Pirates, PNC Park, the Sports and Exhibition Authority, Major League Baseball, the Participating Clubs, and all of their respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliated entities, players, coaches, officers, members, managers, employees, partners, sponsors, and agents are liable or responsible for losses or injuries to person or property arising or related in any way to Holder's or any accompanying minor(s)' use of this ticket. Please stay alert and be aware of your surroundings.
Holder will not transmit or aid in transmitting any description, account, picture, video or audio of the Event (including pre- and post-Event activities). The Pirates are the exclusive owner of all intellectual property associated with the Event. Holder and accompanying minor(s) grant the Pirates or their designees an unrestricted, worldwide license in perpetuity to use Holder's name, voice, image, likeness, actions, comments and/or other publicity rights taken in any media before, during or after the Event for any purpose without notification or compensation.
ARBITRATION AGREEMENT / CLASS ACTION AND JURY TRIAL WAIVER:
All disputes related to this Agreement, the purchase or use of this ticket, or participation in, attendance at, or observation of an Event ("Arbitration Claims") must be submitted for and resolved by binding arbitration. Additional information can be found on the Pirates' website (www.pirates.com/a-z). Holder acknowledges certain rights he/she would have in court, including to a jury trial and appeal, are not available in arbitration. Holder agrees that Arbitration Claims must be arbitrated on an individual basis, and not joined with claims of other parties or pursued in a class or other form of representative action. Arbitrations shall be administered by the American Arbitration Association ("AAA") pursuant to their applicable rules. Holder waives any right to resolve Arbitration Claims in a jury trial or class action.

Information is also available by calling 1-800-BUY-BUCS or by visiting the PNC Park Ticket Office. Please retain this ticket stub as it will need to be presented at the time of exchange.
