If a regulation game is not played on the game date printed on the ticket, please refer to this page (pirates.com/raincheck) for the rain check exchange policy or visit the PNC Park Ticket Office located on West General Robinson Street.

Please retain your ticket stub for the regulation game that was not played as it will need to be presented at the time of exchange.

There are no refunds once tickets have been purchased.

Saturday August 12th, 2023, 7:05 PM EST Postponed Game

The August 12, 2023, 7:05 PM EST Game vs. the Cincinnati Reds has been postponed due to inclement weather. The makeup date for will be Sunday, August 13th at 6:05 PM EST. Your ticket will constitute a rain check that can be either: (a) used for admission to the rescheduled game, or (b) the paid value of your ticket can be exchanged toward purchase of a future 2023 regular season game, subject to availability. Exchange must take place prior to the rescheduled game, 6:05 PM ET Sunday, August 13th. Under no circumstances will a refund be given.

If attending the announced make-up game, Sunday, August 13th at 6:05 PM EST, the original ticket will need to be used to gain entry to PNC Park. Please retain this ticket as it must be used for admittance if attending the rescheduled game. The Pirates are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Ticket holders choosing to use the value of their ticket as a rain check for a different 2023 regular season home game may exchange the ticket online, by logging into their mlb.com account (created at the time of purchase) or by coming to the PNC Park Ticket Office for processing during business hours (Sunday, August 13th the Ticket Office will open at 9AM EST). Rain check requests may not be mailed in or handled over the phone. To receive value for value all rain checks should occur prior to 6:05 pm on Sunday, August 13. Any rainchecks after the rescheduled game will need to come to the PNC Park Ticket Office during normal business hours, no email, phone, or mail request will be accepted.

Single game tickets purchased via Pirates.com or the MLB Ballpark app: Please follow these steps to exchange your tickets online using the value of your paid ticket.

  1. Log Into My Pirates Tickets using your MLB.com account.
  2. Click the All Ticket Inventory Tab
  3. Select the August 13th 6:05 PM EST game
  4. Click the ticket(s) you would like to exchange
  5. Select the exchange under Ticket Actions and click continue, then find eligible events.
  6. Select the event you would like to exchange into.
  7. Follow the sales flow and make the exchange using the value of your tickets.

Tickets distributed through any community initiatives are valid for the announced make-up game only and cannotbe rain checked for a future 2023 regular season game. The original ticket can only be used for entry to the announced make-up game.

Complimentary Tickets: Complimentary tickets or equivalent tickets will be honored for the rescheduled game on August 13th 6:05PM EST and are not eligible for any rain check policy for any other 2023 regular season game.

Season Tickets: Season tickets may be exchanged for any future game in 2023 via the STHs My Pirates Tickets account or at the PNC Park ticket window.

Group Tickets: Fans with group tickets may not be rain checked individually. The group leader must contact your Pirates ticket representative if you wish to inquire about tickets for a game other than the rescheduled game. If catering or hospitality was ordered or included as part of the group outing, please have your Group Leader contact your Pirates ticket sales representative regarding specific policies concerning hospitality.

Luxury Suites, World Series Suites, Porch, Miller Lite Rooftop and Miller Lite Skull Bar: Tickets in these premium hospitality areas may not be rain checked individually. The group leader must contact your Pirates ticket representative if you wish to inquire about tickets in these areas for a game other than the rescheduled game.

SeatGeek Ticket Purchases: For tickets purchased via SeatGeek, please refer to the SeatGeek.com user help section for details pertaining to postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled events. The Pirates are not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any Ticket purchased via SeatGeek. Any questions regarding tickets purchased via SeatGeek for a postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled event should be directed to SeatGeek Customer Service at [email protected].

This policy applies to the August 12, 2023 game versus the Cincinnati Reds only and the Pirates reserve the right to change this policy at any time.

*Please Note: There will be no postgame Kids Run the Bases after the August 13th 1:35pm game. The Ballpark App and Kids Club Kiosk will be closed for the August 13th 6:05pm game.
