PITTSBURGH PIRATES RAINOUT POLICY

If a regulation game is not played on the game date printed on the ticket, please refer to this page (pirates.com/raincheck) for the rain check exchange policy or visit the PNC Park Ticket Office located on West General Robinson Street.

Please retain your ticket stub for the regulation game that was not played as it will need to be presented at the time of exchange.

There are no refunds once tickets have been purchased.

APRIL 24, 2018 - PIRATES-TIGERS GAME POSTPONED

The Tuesday, April 24 game between the Pirates and Detroit Tigers has been postponed due to inclement weather. The game will be made up as part of a straight doubleheader on Wednesday, April 25 beginning at 4:05 p.m. The second game will begin approximately 30 minutes following the conclusion of the first game. 

Paid tickets for the Tuesday, April 24 game can be exchanged for Wednesday's doubleheader or for any remaining game of the 2018 regular season on a dollar-for-dollar basis.

Individual Tickets:

The paid value of the ticket to a postponed or cancelled game can be redeemed and placed toward a ticket to a future 2018 regular season game, subject to ticket availability. Ticket holders must bring their ticket from the cancelled game to the PNC Park Ticket Office for processing. The Pirates are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Under no circumstances will a refund will be given.

Season Tickets:

Season tickets that are part of the original season package may be exchanged for any future game in 2018 via the STHs My Pirates Tickets account or at the PNC Park ticket window. Missed Game Replay tickets that were exchanged into the postponed game may only be exchanged for eligible games valid in the Missed Game Replay program.

Group Tickets:

Fans with group tickets may not be rain checked individually. The group leader must contact your Pirates ticket representative if you wish to inquire about tickets for a game other than the rescheduled game. If catering or hospitality was ordered or included as part of the group outing, please have your Group Leaded contact your Pirates ticket sales representative regarding specific policies concerning hospitality.

Luxury Suites, World Series Suites, Porch, Miller Lite Rooftop and Iron City Skull Bar:

Tickets in these premium hospitality areas may not be rain checked individually. The group leader must contact your Pirates ticket representative if you wish to inquire about tickets in these areas for a game other than the rescheduled game.

Complimentary Tickets (including Player and Employee tickets):

Complimentary tickets or equivalent tickets will be cancelled and are not valid for the makeup game and are not eligible for any rain check policy for any other 2018 regular season game.

For tickets purchased via StubHub, please refer to the StubHub.com user help section for details pertaining to postponed, rescheduled or cancelled events. The Pirates are not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any Ticket purchased via StubHub. Any questions regarding tickets purchased via StubHub for a postponed, rescheduled or cancelled event should be directed to StubHub Customer Service at customerservice@stubhub.com.
