If a regulation game is not played on the game date printed on the ticket, please refer to this page (pirates.com/raincheck) for the rain check exchange policy or visit the PNC Park Ticket Office located on West General Robinson Street.

Please retain your ticket for the regulation game that was not played as it will need to be presented at the time of exchange.

There are no refunds once tickets have been purchased.

Friday July 10, 2026, 6:40 P.M. EST Postponed Game

The Friday, July 10 game vs the Milwaukee Brewers has been postponed due to inclement weather.The makeup date will be for Saturday, July 11 at 12:05 p.m.Your ticket will constitute a rain check that can be either a) used for admission to the rescheduled game, or b) the paid value of your ticket can be exchanged toward purchase of a future 2026 regular season game, subject to availability. Exchange must take place prior to the reschedule game, Saturday, July 11 at 12:05 p.m.

If attending the announced make-up game, Saturday, July 11, the original ticket will need to be used to gain entry to PNC Park. Please retain this ticket as it must be used for admittance if attending the rescheduled game. The Pirates are not responsible for lost or stolen tickets. Ticket holders choosing to use the value of their ticket as a rain check for a different 2026 regular season home game may exchange the ticket online, by logging into their My Pirates Tickets account (created at the time of purchase) or by coming to the PNC Park Ticket Office for processing during business hours (the Ticket Office will open at 9AM EST). Rain check requests may not be mailed in or handled over the phone. To receive value for value all rain checks should occur prior to Saturday, July 11 at 12:05 p.m.

Single game tickets purchased via Pirates.com or the MLB Ballpark app: Please follow these steps to exchange your tickets online using the value of your paid ticket.

  1. Log Into My Pirates Tickets using your MLB.com account.

  2. Click the All Ticket Inventory Tab

  3. Select the Saturday, July 11 at 12:05 p.m. game

  4. Click the ticket(s) you would like to exchange

  5. Select the exchange under Ticket Actions and click continue, then find eligible events.

  6. Select the event you would like to exchange into.

  7. Follow the sales flow and make the exchange using the value of your tickets.

Tickets distributed through any community initiatives are valid for the announced make-up game only and cannot be rain checked for a future 2026 regular season game. The original ticket can only be used for entry to the announced make-up game.

Complimentary tickets Complimentary tickets or equivalent tickets will be honored for the rescheduled game on Saturday, July 11 at 12:05 p.m. EST and are not eligible for any rain check policy for any other 2026 regular season game.

Season Tickets: Season tickets may be exchanged for any future game in 2026 prior to the 12:05 p.m. game time on July 11, via the Pirates Season Ticket Exchange Clubhouse or at the PNC Park ticket window.

Group Tickets: Fans with group tickets may not be rain checked individually. The group leader must contact your Pirates ticket representative if you wish to inquire about tickets for a game other than the rescheduled game. If catering or hospitality was ordered or included as part of the group outing, please have your Group Leader contact your Pirates ticket sales representative regarding specific policies concerning hospitality.

Luxury Suites, World Series Suites, Porch, Miller Lite Rooftop and Miller Lite Skull Bar: Tickets in these premium hospitality areas may not be rain checked individually. The group leader must contact your Pirates ticket representative if you wish to inquire about tickets in these areas for a game other than the rescheduled game.

Ballpark Pass: If Ballpark Pass holders would like to come to both games on July 11, those customers will need to reply 'yes' to both text messages received to their mobile devices. Messages will be sent on Saturday, July 11 at 10:05 a.m. and 2:05 p.m., respectively.

SeatGeek Ticket Purchases: For tickets purchased via SeatGeek, please refer to the SeatGeek.com user help section for details pertaining to postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled events. The Pirates are not responsible for and will not provide any refunds or exchanges of any Ticket purchased via SeatGeek. Any questions regarding tickets purchased via SeatGeek for a postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled event should be directed to SeatGeek Customer Service.

Third-Party Purchases: For tickets purchased through a third-party site, your ticket will be eligible to enter on July 11 at 12:05 p.m. EST. If you cannot make it for the make-up date, please reach out to the place of purchase to see what their ticket policies are as it pertains to rainouts.

Loaded Value: If you have loaded value for July 10, 6:40 p.m. EST, your loaded value will be good for July 11, at 12:05 p.m. If you used your loaded value when gates opened for before the July 10, 6:40 p.m. EST game, you will not be able to use it for July 11, at 12:05 p.m.

This policy applies to the Friday, July 10 game versus the Milwaukee Brewers only and the Pirates reserve the right to change this policy at any time.
