He’s wearing No. 52 with the Giants in Spring Training because it’s the reverse of No. 25, and CC Sabathia was his favorite pitcher on Cleveland and he wore No. 52. He also used #52 during his time in Seattle.

Returned to North America after spending the 2024 season pitching in China...split the season between los Tecos de Los Dos Laredos (Mexican Baseball League) and the Toledo Mud Hens (Detroit’s Triple-A affiliate)...Began the season with the Tecos, going 2-0 with a 0.87 ERA (1 ER, 10.1 IP) and seven strikeouts in two starts before signing an MiLB deal with Detroit...Went 5-3 with a 3.89 ERA (32 ER, 74 IP), 70 strikeouts and a 1.35 WHIP in 17 games (14 starts) for Triple-A Toledo...Posted a 4-1 record with a 1.72 ERA (7 ER, 36.2 IP) with 35 strikeouts and a 1.17 WHIP over an eight-game (six starts) span from May 21-July 4.

Released by the Mariners during Spring Training. Signed a Minor League deal with Atlanta, where he spent the entire season.

Spent the entire season with Triple-A Tacoma after being designated for assignment by Seattle on May 5...in 33 games (7 starts) with the Rainiers, went 0-4 with a 7.53 ERA (41 ER, 49.0 IP) with 19 walks and 51 strikeouts.

Went 0-2 with an 8.25 ERA (11 ER, 12.0 IP) with 12 strikeouts and seven walks in five games (three starts)....Tossed a perfect 9th inning in a 6-3 loss to San Francisco on April 2. ..Made firsttwo2 appearances out of the bullpen before making three starts....Underwent left shoulder surgery for thoracic outlet syndrome on June 23.... Was placed on the 10-day Injured List with left shoulder inflammation on 4/26…transferred to the 60-day IL on May 13.
