In accordance with Tarrant County's executive order, all guests entering Globe Life Field will be required to wear a face covering, beginning June 26, 2020. The requirement does not apply to people who are eating or drinking, to anyone for whom the wearing of a face covering poses a significant mental or physical health risk, and/or to children under the age of 10 (please note, however, that the CDC recommends face coverings for all people 2 years of age or older). General Info

Doors will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony start time.

Parking lots will open 30 minutes prior to doors.

Parking Information

For graduations June 1-7, students & guests will park in either Lot R or Lot J.

For all other graduations, students & guests will park in either Lot R or Lot B.

Faculty and media will park in Lot A.

Students & faculty will enter through either the North VIP Entry or West Marketplace Entry.

The main guest entrance is the Toyota Southwest Entry. Guests may also enter through the TXU North Entry.

Prohibited Items

  • No food or drink permitted in the building, with the exception of a sealed bottle of water for the individual.
  • Bags will not be be permitted into the building for graduation ceremonies. However, any bags carried for medical reasons, as well as manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children, are permitted.
  • Clothing with offensive or profane language
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Laser pointers
  • Noisemakers
  • Drones/Use of drones
  • Wagons
  • Balloons, confetti, or streamers
  • Weapons of any kind, including knives, even if properly permitted or registered
  • Any item deemed inappropriate for this event by Rangers staff

Q. WHAT SAFETY PRECAUTIONS SHOULD I TAKE DURING MY VISIT?

A: As of May 12, 2020, public health authorities recommend practicing the following protocols, which are subject to change:

  • Wear a cloth face covering in public settings
  • Maintain at least 6 feet of separation from other individuals not within the same household
  • Avoid touching your eyes, nose, and mouth with unwashed hands
  • Wash hands often for 20 seconds and encourage others to do the same
  • If no soap and water are available, use hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol
  • Cover coughs and sneezes with a tissue, then throw the tissue away

Q: HOW WILL MY TICKET BE SCANNED?

A: Fixed scanners are located just outside the entrances to reduce the requirement for close contact. Globe Life Field staff will be on site to assist you if needed.

Q: WHERE SHOULD I PARK?

A: Students and guests attending graduations June 1-7, will park in Lot R or Lot J. Students and guests attending graduations on all other dates will park in Lot R or Lot B. Faculty and media will park in Lot A with a valid parking pass.

Q: WHEN DO GATES OPEN?

A: Parking gates will open 30 minutes prior to doors. Doors will open 1 hour prior to the ceremony start time.

Q: WILL CONCESSIONS BE AVAILBLE FOR PURCHASE?

A: No. Concessions stands will not be open.

Q: CAN I BRING MY OWN FOOD AND DRINKS?

A: Aside from a sealed bottle of water, outside food and drinks are not permitted.

Q: ARE THERE ANY PROHIBITED ITEMS OR ACTIVITIES?

A: Yes, the following items and activities are prohibited during your Globe Life Field visit:

  • Advertising, selling or promoting any product (including, but not limited to, food and beverage items)
  • Bags or purses (see next questions for additional information)
  • Clothing with offensive or profane language
  • Disorderly conduct
  • Food and drinks, with the exception of bottled water
  • Intentional or repeated failure to adhere to social distancing guidelines
  • Laser pointers
  • Littering
  • Noisemakers
  • Use of drones
  • Wagons
  • Balloons, confetti, and streamers
  • Wandering away from the designated areas or into restricted areas
  • Weapons of any kind, even if properly permitted or registered
  • Any item deemed inappropriate for this event by Rangers staff

Please note that failure to follow these guidelines may result in ejection from the ballpark.

Q: WHAT KIND OF BAG OR PURSE CAN I BRING?

A: In an effort to enhance public safety and minimize contact between guests and staff, Globe Life Field will be limiting the use of bags for graduation events. Bags will not be allowed inside the building with the exception of medically necessary items, including diaper bags, after proper inspection.
