Accessibility Services for Guests with Disabilities
The Texas Rangers are committed to ensuring that guests with disabilities are provided with equal access to all programs, services, and facilities offered at Globe Life Park. In addition to providing accessible seating and assistive listening devices, available at the Guest Services office behind home plate, Globe Life Park provides specially designed restrooms, ticket windows, and concession stands to allow access to each of these areas. The Rangers provide closed captioning on the main center field video board for hearing disabled fans. The Rangers courtesy cart may aid guests requiring further assistance to or from the parking areas of Globe Life Park. Guests with a disability may utilize segways at any games with attendance under 30,000 fans. The Rangers are also happy to make reasonable accommodations and modifications to their existing policies to ensure equal access to all guests. Accessible Seating for Guests with Mobility Impairments
Globe Life Park provides seats that are accessible to guests who use wheelchairs. These spaces are located in each price level and are generally depicted on the seating diagram. In addition, the accessible seating areas include companion seats, which allow guests using wheelchairs to sit with friends or family members. Wheelchair assistance is available by asking any Globe Life Park staff member, or by calling Guest Services at 817-273-5009. This service will transport guests from any entrance of Globe Life Park to any seating location. Post-game assistance is also available. Complimentary mobility assistance shuttles are available for guests with disabilities to or from all Texas Rangers parking lots.
Alcohol Sales and Non-Alcohol Section
Section 335 has been designated as a non-alcohol section at Globe Life Park for all regular season games. Sales and consumption of alcohol are strictly prohibited in this section. Alcohol sales will be discontinued in all seating areas after the 7th inning and at concession stands after the 8th inning or two and a half hours subsequent to the start of a single game, whichever occurs first. Sales may also be discontinued earlier, and in specific areas if necessary, at the discretion of Rangers management. Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission (TABC) prohibits alcohol from being brought into or out of Globe Life Park. The Texas Rangers remind guests to drink responsibly.
The restaurant portion of the All-You-Can-Eat Porch was completely renovated in 2015. Each ticket includes unlimited grilled chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, nachos, peanuts, popcorn, and soft drinks, and now your ballpark favorites are served in the sleek and redesigned grill behind the All-You-Can-Eat Seats. Food service begins when the ballpark gates open and ends two hours after the scheduled game time. Discounts are available for groups of 20 or more. As part of the Texas Rangers theme of providing customer "Service Second to None." Ambassadors are responsible for greeting and assisting guests throughout the ballpark. Ambassadors will proactively welcome guests as they arrive, answer questions, provide information and directions, and offer any suggestions to make the game day experience one of the best. Ambassadors bring a contagious enthusiasm to Globe Life Park. In order to ensure that this happens, the Rangers selected the most energetic, professional, knowledgeable, and friendly people to join the Texas Rangers Ambassador team.
Animals are not permitted into Globe Life Park with the exception of service animals trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of a guest with a disability and for Bark at the Park (advanced registration required), on Saturday, May 13, 2017, when the Rangers host the Oakland Athletics at 7:05 p.m.
There are six automated teller machines located inside Globe Life Park:
- In the Grand Slam Gift Shop located at center field
- On the main concourse behind Section 44 (across from the Bullpen Gift Shop)
- Behind Section 30 next to Guest Relations at the Home Plate Gate
- Two at the Southwest Airlines Third Base Gate
- Behind Section 326 on the upper concourse
Guests may seek autographs from players and coaches from the time the gates open until 45 minutes prior to the start of each game. Major League Baseball rules prohibit players from signing autographs after that time. The Texas Rangers ask that anyone seeking autographs show consideration for guests possessing tickets in these seating areas.
In the unfortunate event that a guest locks their keys in their car, the Rangers have a locksmith available during most games that can unlock almost any vehicle. The cost of this service is $30 cash. The Rangers parking department will provide complimentary assistance to guests that experience problems such as dead batteries. Guests requiring assistance with these services should contact the nearest Globe Life Park staff member.
Batter's Eye Club
The Batter's Eye Club, Globe Life Park's most modern party suite is located above Greene's Hill, overlooking center field. This upscale venue provides all the amenities found on the suite levels plus an unparalleled view of the field from the lower level. Designed with the feel of an exclusive club, the completely enclosed facility features ballpark seats, private restrooms, dining area, inclusive buffet, and a beer and wine bar. When not sold as a party suite, individual all-inclusive tickets are available at a price based on market conditions.

Birthday, Anniversary, and Special Messages
Birthdays, anniversaries, and special messages are displayed in lights on the Coca-Cola Message Board in center field during each home game during a designated half inning. Texas Rangers games are broadcast in English primarily on 105.3 FM The FAN. Regular season games will be carried in Spanish primarily on KFLC 1270 AM. Fans can listen to a feed of the radio broadcast in-park on 90.5 FM. On television, FOX Sports Southwest will carry most Rangers telecasts. As part of national broadcast agreements, FOX Network and FS1 will carry some Saturday games, and ESPN will carry some Sunday games. The broadcast schedule is subject to change during the season. Budweiser Bowtie Concessions
The Budweiser Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza features four full-service concession stands (Flew the Coop, Ryan Express, Sweet Baby Ray's Smokehouse 557, and Taqueria), seating clusters, and a large video board mounted on the back of the Hyundai Club. Near The Budweiser Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza and adjacent to the Grand Slam Gift Shop, the Center Field Market features gluten free foods, sundries, hand-dipped Blue Bell Ice Cream, and a wide assortment of snacks and drinks.
Camera and Video Equipment
Cameras and video equipment are permitted in Globe Life Park. However, flash photography, video reproductions, and equipment that might interfere with another guest's enjoyment of the game are prohibited. For the safety of on-field personnel and enjoyment of our guests, selfie sticks - or any device that extends a camera, a device with a camera, or a recording device - are prohibited at Globe Life Park.
Camps and Clinics
The Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark hosts an assortment of baseball camps from March-December. There are baseball experiences available for everyone ages 4-16. Players at these camps will receive pro-treatment while developing their hitting, throwing, fielding, base running, as well as learn through live and controlled scrimmages. Capital One Club
The 9,100 square foot club provides an impressive view of the field. Season ticket holders with seats in VIP and Premium Home Plate Seats, Premium Dugout, VIP Infield, and long-term suites have game long access to the Capital One Club. A full buffet is served from the time gates open through the 3rd inning. Beginning in the 4th inning, the club converts to bar service with a mini buffet and is open to season ticket holders with seats in Premium Infield, Lower Infield, Lexus Club Infield, and Lexus Club Box. Cell Phone Charging Stations
The charging stations, located at the Southwest Airlines First and Third Base Gates, Guest Relations, located inside the Rebecca Creek Saloon (formerly the Captain Morgan Club), and outside the Jack Daniel's Club at the Grant Thornton Suite Level entrance, offer fans a place to charge their cell phones at Globe Life Park. Please do not leave your devices unattended while on the charging stations. The Texas Rangers and Globe Life Park are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged phones.
Center Field Group Railing
The Center Field Group Railing, located on either side of the Hyundai Club in The Budweiser Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza, is available for groups of 14 or 20, or reserve the entire rail for 34 guests. There are over 100 fixed and portable concession stands on three concourses operated by Delaware North Sportservice, one of the largest concessionaires in baseball. A wide variety of food is offered including hot dogs, peanuts, popcorn, soft drinks, pizza, nachos, burgers, smoked sausage, barbecue, ice cream, and desserts. Major credit cards are accepted at all concession stands and a majority of portables.
No metal cans, glass containers, or alcoholic beverages may be carried into Globe Life Park. In addition, no hard coolers, or oversized bags will be admitted. Only soft-sided, collapsible coolers without plastic inserts are allowed (liners must be removable). All bags and purses must be 16" x 16" x 8" or smaller and are subject to search by ballpark staff.

Designated Drivers - Budweiser Good Sport Program
Fans 21 years or older, with a valid driver's license, may sign a pledge card agreeing not to drink alcoholic beverages during the game and accepting responsibility for driving the other members of their groups home safely. Pledge cards are available at Guest Relations. Guests completing these cards are entered into a drawing for free Texas Rangers merchandise. Employees of the Texas Rangers or Delaware North Sportservice are not eligible for the drawing.
Any and all use of drones on Texas Rangers property, including all parking lots, is strictly prohibited. Violators may be issued a criminal trespass warning and could be subject to arrest.
Drop Off Lane
When necessary, prior to games, fans may be dropped off in the protected lane on the north side of the ballpark between the Home Plate Gate and the Southwest Airlines Third Base Gate on Road To Six Flags. Vehicles must be attended to at all times. Fans may not be dropped off on any other road or intersection around Globe Life Park. The staging area for taxi, Uber, Lyft, limo, and all other car services is located in the southbound lanes of Ballpark Way between the Arlington Convention Center and Road To Six Flags.
For the convenience of suite patrons and guests with special needs, Globe Life Park has several elevators. The elevator for suite patrons is located at Section 25 along the main concourse, inside the Capital One Club lobby. Guests with special needs may utilize one of the following elevators:
- Upper Level Access - Southwest Airlines First and Third Base Gate elevators
- Access to Sections 112-125 - Grant Thornton Suite elevator at Section 25
- Access to Sections 127-139 or 201-245 - Media Elevator at Section 27

Emergency Phone Calls
Guests expecting emergency phone calls may leave their phone numbers at Guest Services office located near Home Plate Gate. If a call is received, a representative is dispatched to the guest's seat with the message. Public address or scoreboard paging is not permitted.

Escalators are located behind the Home Plate Gate and along the first and third base sides of each concourse. One home plate escalator always runs down. The other home plate escalator runs up until the last out when it begins traveling downward. First and third base escalators run upward until traffic begins to exit Globe Life Park, but no earlier than the 8th inning, at which time they both turn to the downward position. Upper level guests are instructed to use the home plate escalators to exit, and Lexus Club Level guests use the first and third base escalators.
Globe Life Park Fan Code of Conduct
The Texas Rangers are committed to providing all guests with a safe and enjoyable experience. Fans are required to abide by all guidelines listed in the following Fan Code of Conduct. The Texas Rangers reserve the right to determine what is considered unacceptable behavior. Violators may be ejected from the Ballpark without refund and may be subject to arrest.

- Smoking is not permitted outside of designated areas, including E-Cigarettes, vapes, or any other smoking device

- No weapons, including guns or knives or any item deemed to be used as a weapon

You are welcome to write to players to request an autograph. Address your request directly to the player at: Texas Rangers, P.O. Box 90111, Arlington, Texas, 76004-3111. Enclose a self-addressed, stamped envelope along with the item that you would like autographed. The rangers do not provide autographed pictures, postcards, baseballs, cards, or other items. The Rangers are not responsible for any items sent directly to players, and items dropped off at the ballpark will not be accepted.
First Aid rooms are located on the third base side of the main concourse near Section 5 and on the third base side of the Lexus Club Level near Section 208. Emergency medical personnel, nurses, and medics are on duty at each event.
When the temperature is 95 degrees or higher, cooling tents are available on the main concourse near Section 5 and on the upper concourse near Section 308.

All gates will open two hours prior to game time for night games and one and a half hours prior to game time for afternoon games. The season ticket holder entrance at Home Plate Gate will open two and a half hours prior to game time for night games. All gates will open three hours prior to first pitch on Opening Night. Guests are encouraged to arrive early to watch batting practice, infield workouts, and pre-game ceremonies. Gate openings are subject to change.

Look for designated recycling receptacles scattered throughout the concourse to recycle your plastic and aluminum bottles. Recycling containers are also available in each suite. The Texas Rangers fully recycle aluminum, plastic, cardboard, grass clippings, and many other products.

If a ballpark guest is in need of assistance, they may use their mobile phone to text REPORT to 69050. The request is received by our command center, and Rangers personnel are able to respond immediately to diagnose the problem, and dispatch security or medical staff to the guest's location, as needed. The Jack Daniel's Club is open exclusively to season ticket holders. The buffet is open when the ballpark gates open and will continue service until one and a half hours after first pitch. The Jack Daniel's buffet may be purchased, which features chef created entries with vegetable and starch choices, salad creations, ballpark favorites, carved meats, and various side accompaniments. Sodas are priced extra and a grand selection of delectable desserts will also be available for purchase. Menu offerings change with each new homestand. Jr. Rangers Club presented by Smile Generation
Rangers Captain invites all fans ages 13 and under to join the Jr. Rangers Club presented by Smile Generation - the official kids fan club of the Texas Rangers. Members receive a package full of cool members-only items, ticket vouchers to select home games, invitations to Jr. Rangers events, and VIP front-of-the-line access to every Sunday afternoon Run the Bases. Children 13 years of age or younger are eligible for reduced-price tickets in the Upper Reserved seating area. Children under 36 inches tall may be admitted free of charge but must occupy a ticket holder's lap.
The Kid's Zone is a climate-controlled interactive kid's play area featuring a playground with a baseball bat slide and interactive games for children of all ages, including three PlayStation gaming systems. Located in left center field behind Vandergriff Plaza, this attraction features a family restroom, concession stand and kid-sized Rangers merchandise. After paying a low entrance fee, kids can come and go throughout the game. Rangers Captain stops by to sign autographs in the 5th inning. Limo/Hotel Shuttle Policy
Limousines and other car services may drop off guests in the protected lane on the north side of the ballpark between the Home Plate Gate and the Southwest Airlines Third Base Gate on Road To Six Flags. They are not authorized to park or wait on any street around Globe Life Park. Limousines will have to pay to park and must park in Corolla Lot C or Rav4 Lot D. The staging area for limousines and all other car services for post-game pickup is located in the southbound lanes of Ballpark Way between the Arlington Convention Center and Road To Six Flags. Hotel shuttles (not including the trolley service) drop off and pick up at the Arlington Convention and Visitors Bureau located at the corner of Randol Mill and Arlington Downs. Pickup points could change due to game traffic.
Lost and Found
During all Globe Life Park events, found items will be immediately taken to the Guest Services office at the Toyota Home Plate Gate. After each game, all items are stored for safe keeping; found items are disposed of or donated to an appropriate charity after being held for 30 days. To claim a lost article, visit the Guest Services office, or call 817-273-5250 Monday- Friday from 9 a.m. -5 p.m.
The Rangers suggest that a parent/guardian place a ticket stub inside a child's pocket or sock to assist Globe Life Park staff in locating a child's group in the event of separation. Separated children and parents should contact the nearest Globe Life Park employee or go to the Guest Services office, located behind home plate on the main concourse.
Merchandise, Novelties, and Apparel
The Grand Slam Gift Shop, located in center field, carries the largest selection of Rangers merchandise. During games, the Grand Slam Gift Shop is accessible from The Budweiser Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza. The following gift shops are also open: The Pro Shop behind home plate, Kid's Zone Store, The Bullpen Gift Shop behind the All You Can Eat Porch, New Era Cap Corner behind Section 40, and the upper concourse gift shop on the 300 level behind home plate. Nolan Ryan Statue
A statue of Hall of Famer Nolan Ryan was erected in 1997. The statue, located in The Budweiser Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza in center field, sits atop an Oklahoma Flagstone pitching mound and is encircled by a marble ring detailing many of his Major League achievements.
For the comfort and enjoyment of all guests, noisemakers of any type (drums, horns, plastic vuvuzela horns, etc.) are prohibited at Globe Life Park.
Multiple parking lots surround Globe Life Park providing convenient access from major highways. General parking (to include ADA accessible parking) is available for $20 on game days and accept both cash and credit cards. General parking passes are available for purchase at $20 day of game and also for advanced purchase for $18 by calling 972-RANGERS or online at texasrangers.com.
Uber is the official partner of the Texas Rangers. Guests arriving or awaiting arrival of their Uber are encouraged to utilize the designated Uber Pickup/Dropoff Area in Camry Lot D.

Lexus Valet Parking is available for every game on the north, east, and south sides of Globe Life Park at a cost of $45 and may be purchased in advance by calling 972-RANGERS x 1. Lexus Valet Parking locations on the north and east side of the ballpark open three hours prior to the start of each game, and the south location opens an hour and a half prior to the start of each game. Lexus Valet locations may reach capacity prior to game time. Space permitting, Lexus Valet service is complimentary for current sales or service customers of the Dallas-Fort Worth Lexus dealers, with the required 2018 window decal. RV parking ($100) and bus parking ($50) are designated in Corolla Lot C and Camry Lot D on the east side of the ballpark. RV's are allowed in when the lots open (approximately 3 hours prior to game time) and must depart the lot by 9:00 a.m. the day following the game (Ballpark Schedule Permitting).
Handicap/disabled parking is available in most lots and is sold on a first come, first served basis. Handicap/disabled parking areas may reach capacity prior to game time.
Reserved season parking areas and regular season parking areas serve suite holders and season ticket holders. Regular season parking entrances are reserved for season parking pass holders for up to 30 minutes prior to game time. Once Season Ticket Holder lots are full, guests can still park in Rangers Cash lots by providing their coupon to the attendant.
Parking lots open three hours before first pitch on all games except Opening Day, when it is five hours prior to first pitch.
Choose from any of the five great venues located inside Globe Life Park for company picnics and special events. Lower level picnic areas are private, shaded areas on the mezzanine level, providing a view of Globe Life Park including the playing field. These areas can accommodate 50-350 people. Upper level picnic areas are private, shaded areas located on the upper deck concourse - one on the first base side, two on the third base side. Rainout Policy/Rain Check
If the teams play less than five innings (four and a half innings if Rangers are leading) and the game is postponed, the ticket may be exchanged during the current regular season at the box office for a ticket of the same price or less, subject to availability and restrictions. Complimentary tickets cannot be exchanged for premier dates. Tickets received from a player or umpire cannot be exchanged. Rangers Fans Statue
A full-size bronze statue honoring the memory of Shannon Stone was dedicated in April 2012. The statue, which is entitled Rangers Fans, depicts Mr. Stone and his six-year-old son, Cooper, attending a Rangers game. Created by renowned Western artist Bruce Greene, the statue is located outside the Home Plate Gate. Shannon Stone is the Brownwood, Texas firefighter who passed away from injuries suffered in a tragic accident on July 7, 2011, at Globe Life Park.
Rebecca Creek Saloon (formerly The Captain Morgan Club)
The lower portion of the office building behind the left center field seats is home to the Rebecca Creek Saloon, a restaurant and sports bar. The two level facility overlooks the playing field and is open to all fans with tickets before, during, and after Rangers home games. A full a la carte menu is offered including burgers, salads, sandwiches, and barbecue fare. FOX Sports Southwest has studio space on the second floor, and 105.3 The FAN often carries live broadcasts from the club. Resale of Tickets
By City of Arlington ordinance, the resale of tickets is not permitted within the Arlington Entertainment District. This includes Globe Life Park, as well as all surrounding grounds and parking areas.
Restrooms and water fountains are located on all levels of Globe Life Park. Diaper-changing areas are available in both women's and men's restrooms. A family restroom is located in the Kid's Zone behind The Budweiser Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza in center field, inside First Aid on the main concourse near Section 5, and inside First Aid on the Lexus Club Level near Section 208.
Season Ticket Holder Services Area
Located behind the First Base Ticket Office with an entrance on the main concourse between Sections 42 and 44, this exclusive area allows season ticket holders to exchange tickets, purchase discounted individual game tickets and Rangers Captain Cash, or drop off tickets for other guests at will call in a climate-controlled facility. Dedicated staff is on hand to provide the best season ticket holder service in baseball.
Two shuttle routes serve patrons parking in lots north of Globe Life Park. The red shuttle route stops at the corner of Nolan Ryan Expressway and Road To Six Flags and serves Land Cruiser Lot G and Highlander Lot N on AT&T Way. The blue shuttle route serves fans parking in Prius Lot F with stops from the west on AT&T Way and east on Convention Center Drive. All shuttles stop at the Home Plate Gate. Shuttles run three hours pre-game and two hours post-game. Please see the parking map for exact locations.
Smoking, smoking devices, or e-cigarettes are not permitted in the seating bowl, the Lexus Club Level, suite level, or on the main concourse behind Section 44 past the visitor's bullpen. Guests may smoke at designated areas near the outer perimeter of the main concourse and the upper concourse. Additional smoking areas are located on the first and third base ramps, below the club concourse level.

Tailgating is permitted in the grassy areas of the parking lots as long as festivities do not interfere with normal parking procedures or extend into additional spaces. Tailgate set up is only permitted once the parking lots are open. Early set up is strictly prohibited. Use of an open flame for cooking or other purposes is prohibited. Outside food companies (other than Delaware North Sportservice) are not permitted to cater tailgate parties. Porta potties are provided in each parking lot. Personal porta potties are not authorized in any Rangers parking lot. Parking lots open three hours prior to game time during the regular season (parking lot opening times are subject to change). Taxi/Uber/Lyft/Limo/All Other Car Services
Guests in need of transportation after the game may find taxi, Uber, Lyft, limo, and other car services located in the southbound lanes of Ballpark Way between the Arlington Convention Center and Road To Six Flags.
Uber - The Uber pickup/drop off location is in the RV parking area of the RAV4 lot D, just east of the Arlington Convention and Visitor's Bureau on Arlington Downs.
Taxi/Lyft/Limo Services - Guests in need of transportation after the game may find taxi, Lyft and limo services located in the southbound lanes of Ballpark Way between the Arlington Convention Center and Road to Six Flags.
Texas 2 Split Raffle
Texas 2 Split 50/50 Raffle is an in-ballpark fundraiser from the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation in which one lucky fan has the opportunity to win half of the evening's net proceeds, with the other half benefiting the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation. Staff will sell raffle tickets from the time all gates open until the end of the 6th inning. The winning number will be posted in the middle of the 8th inning. Winners may claim their prize at the guest service's kiosk located at Home Plate Gate. Tickets are available from designated kiosks located along the concourse, near most main gates and the club level, roaming sellers throughout the ballpark. Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation Kiosk
The Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation hosts a kiosk located near Sections 13-15 on the main concourse near the third base escalator. This kiosk will feature a plinko board, prize wheel, and other sale items. All proceeds benefit the Texas Rangers Baseball Foundation. Fans may also make donations online at texasrangers.com/foundation.
Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark
The Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark is a state-of-the-art facility located directly north of Globe Life Park. The Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark is perfect for birthday parties, corporate group outings, civil group activity days, and more. It is equipped with catering abilities through Delaware North Sportservice, a concession stand, clubhouses attached to enclosed dugouts, electronic scoreboard, public address system, men's and women's restrooms, and field lights. The Texas Rangers Youth Ballpark can be rented any day of the week (subject to availability) and is also the site of yearly baseball tournaments and Texas Rangers Baseball camps and clinics. The Budwesier Bowtie at Vandergriff Plaza
This plaza is named after former Arlington Mayor Tom Vandergriff who was instrumental in bringing the Rangers franchise to Texas. A statue honoring his work in bringing the Rangers to the metroplex was erected in 1997 and greets fans as they enter this area.
During the regular season, tickets for all Texas Rangers home games may be purchased by calling 972-RANGERS x 1, online at texasrangers.com, or at the First Base Box Office, located on the south side of Globe Life Park near the first base entrance. All phone and Internet orders are subject to per-ticket service charges.
Dynamic Pricing - The Rangers will set and adjust ticket prices higher or lower for each game in real-time based on market demands and factors such as pitching matchups, team performance, opponent, weather, and day of the week. Ticket Office Hours of Operation
The First Base Box Office opens at 9 AM (10 AM on weekend games or noon on Sunday evening games) and closes three hours after first pitch or the end of the game (whichever comes first). Game days the advanced sales window, located near the Home Plate Gate entrance, will stay open until three and a half hours after first pitch or 30 minutes after the game has ended (whichever comes first). For Sunday games, the box office will close two hours after first pitch. All other box offices open one and a half hours before the start of the game and close 45 minutes after the start of the game.

Trolley service is provided to select hotel guests within the Arlington Entertainment District and serves the following attractions: Globe Life Park, Six Flags Over Texas, Hurricane Harbor, Arlington Visitors Center, and the Arlington Convention Center. Trolley service for Globe Life Park begins one to one and a half hours pre-game and ends 20 minutes post-game. FOX Sports Southwest University Days will be held during various games throughout the season for the following schools: Arkansas, Baylor, Oklahoma, Oklahoma State, Southern Methodist, Texas Christian, University of Texas, Texas A&M, Texas Tech, North Texas, UT Arlington. For first come-first serve buyers, cap distribution starts when the gates open and will be held inside the Southwest Airlines Third Base Gate. Must have a specially marked ticket to be eligible. For pre-sale buyers, cap pick up starts when the gates open and runs until the end of the 3rd inning and will be located at the Third Base Ticket Office (windows 19-20). Pre-sale buyers will have a voucher that will guarantee them a cap.
Non-FOX Sports Southwest schools that will have a University Day are: Abilene Christian, Tarleton, Texas State, Texas Woman's. All eligible buyers will receive a voucher for each ticket purchased that guarantees them a cap, cap pick up starts when the gates open and runs until the end of the 3rd inning and will be located at the Third Base Ticket Office (windows 19-20).

During regular season games the designated will call windows at the First Base Box Office, windows 56-59, are reserved for customers who need to pick up tickets that were left for them by someone else or to drop off tickets for someone in their party. If a player or umpire left tickets for a fan, those tickets will be available for pick-up ONE HOUR prior to first pitch at window 56 at the First Base Box Office. Fans who purchased tickets on texasrangers.com or on the phone with a Rangers representative and chose the will call delivery option, that fan will utilize will call on demand (see below). No tickets will be accepted for drop off at will call during the postseason.
Will Call on Demand
Fans who received a confirmation number when purchasing their tickets online at texasrangers.com or by speaking with a Rangers representative at 972-RANGERS may pick up their will call tickets at any open ticket window. To pick up tickets at any box office, fans will need to bring the confirmation number or the credit card number used at the time of purchase and a valid photo ID. The ticket office will be closed on Labor Day (Monday, September 4).
