Refund Policy for Unplayed Games
In the event that the series for which this ticket is issued concludes before the date on which the Game was scheduled to occur, a refund will automatically be posted to the payment card used for payment of the ticket. No credits will be issued and the ticket will have no cash value.

SAFETY & SECURITY
Are face coverings required?
All fans will be required to wear face coverings inside Globe Life Field except when actively eating or drinking at their ticketed seats.
Will face coverings be provided if I forget mine?
Yes. You are encouraged to bring your own face covering, but masks will be made available at all entries as you enter Globe Life Field.
Will social distancing be implemented?
Yes. All guests will be encouraged to maintain at least six feet of separation from fans who are not a part of their ticketed pod. Each pod of ticketed seats will be a minimum of six feet from each other.
Will I be subject to temperature checks upon entry?
No. Public health authorities recommend self-screening before you enter public places and not entering public places with any of the following signs or symptoms: cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, chills, repeated shaking with chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, loss of taste or smell, diarrhea, feeling feverish or a measured temperature greater than or equal to 100 degrees Fahrenheit, and known close contact with a person who is lab-confirmed to have COVID-19.
Are bags permitted inside Globe Life Field?
No bags will be allowed inside Globe Life Field except for necessary medical supplies and manufactured diaper bags that accompany infants and young children. Small clutch bags will not be allowed.
Are firearms or smoking permitted?
No. Firearms and smoking (including e-cigarettes) are not permitted inside Globe Life Field.
Can I bring outside food and beverage?
You are not permitted to bring outside food or beverage inside Globe Life Field. Only sealed non-flavored water bottles that are plastic and under one liter will be permitted.
Will concessions be pre-packaged?
Yes. All food will be pre-packaged upon purchase. Available concessions stands can be located with the Amenities Map in the MLB Ballpark app and online at texasrangers.com/globelifefield.
Will cash be accepted at Globe Life Field?
Cash will not be accepted at Globe Life Field or in available parking lots. Card conversion stations will be available and can be found with the Amenities Map in the MLB Ballpark app.
Will there be hand-sanitization areas within Globe Life Field?
Yes. Please refer to the Amenities Map inside the MLB Ballpark app for available hand sanitization stations during all 2020 Postseason games.
Is there an elevator capacity limit at Globe Life Field?
Yes.
How do I contact Globe Life Field security while at the ballpark?
You can text “SECURITY” to 76432 on your mobile device or click “Text2Security” via the MLB Ballpark app for any customer-service related needs. Standard SMS rates will apply.
Will the roof be open or closed?
Decisions regarding the roof status will be determined by MLB officials prior to each Postseason game based on weather and other contributing factors.
TICKETING
How can I purchase tickets to a Postseason game?
Tickets are only available at texasrangers.com/postseason AND you can only purchase tickets in sets of four (pod), to ensure social distancing between seating groups. No exceptions. No seats will be sold within 20 feet of where a player can be located on the field, in the dugouts or in the bullpen. All seating pods will be a minimum of six feet apart to ensure safe social distancing. All tickets are digital and will appear within the MLB Ballpark app.
Can I purchase more than one pod (four seats) for each Postseason game?
No. Individuals may only purchase a limit of one pod (four seats) per World Series game.
Can I purchase a suite for a 2020 Postseason game at Globe Life Field?
Yes. You can learn more about Globe Life Field suite rentals for 2020 World Series games by calling 972-RANGERS. Please note that tickets will not be sold that include food and beverage options during Postseason games.
Can I print out my game ticket?
No. Your game ticket will be located on the MLB Ballpark app.
How do I access my game ticket?
Your ticket will be available digitally via the MLB Ballpark app. No printed tickets will be accepted. Your digital ticket will list the gate in which to enter and can be added to your Apple Wallet for entry.
Will handicapped seating be available?
ADA seating is available in the lower level (Sections 2, 4, 5, 8, 11, 16, 19, 21, 24, 25, 28, 31), 100 level (101, 105, 109, 111, 115, 117, 120, 124, 127-129, 132, 137, 140, 142), 200 level (201, 207, 209, 211-213, 221, 222, 226, 228, 231, 237, 241, 244) and Sky Box 2.
Can I forward my digital ticket?
Tickets will be eligible for forwarding via the MLB Ballpark App upon purchase. You may only transfer or resell your tickets if (i) you transfer to family or others with whom you have been sheltering, or (ii) you transfer or resell all of the tickets you purchased in a pod to a single party utilizing an MLB authorized platform (e.g., StubHub).
Will refunds be available in the event a game is postponed or cancelled?
Each ticket will be refunded for games not played during the 2020 Postseason.
Will Globe Life Field ticket offices be open?
The Southeast Ticket Office off Ballpark Way be open during all postseason games. Will Call will not be available for 2020 Postseason games.
Will the All You Can Eat Section be available during Postseason games?
Yes. However, the All You Can Eat buffet will not be open due to safety precautions.
Which club areas will be open during Postseason games?
Only the StubHub Club and Balcones Speakeasy will be open to fans with ticketed access during Postseason games. Food will not be served in these areas due to health protocols, but beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic) will be available for purchase.
PARKING
What lots will be open?
Tundra Lot B, Toyota Lot D, Rav4 Lot J, Sequoia Lot L, Tacoma Lot R, TRD Pro Lot T, Lot V, and Lexus Lot W will be open for general admission parking for $30 (World Series). Toyota Lot D7 will be available for bus ($75) and RV parking ($150) for all Postseason series with fans.
Will handicapped parking be available?
Yes. All general admission lots will have handicapped parking on a first come, first served basis. ADA carts will be available from each lot that can be requested from parking staff.
How do I pay for parking?
You can pay for parking in advance or upon entry at the lot with a debit or credit card. Cash will not be accepted. Parking barcodes will be delivered to purchasers 48 hours prior to the start of each Postseason game.
Can I tailgate?
No tailgating will be allowed in Globe Life Field parking lots.
Will Texas Live! be open?
Texas Live! will be open from 11 AM-Midnight (Sunday-Thursday) and 11 AM-2 AM (Friday & Saturday).
Will rideshare services be available?
Yes. Uber, Lyft, and taxis will be available on southbound side of Nolan Ryan between the traffic circle and Randol Mill. The Arlington Trolley system will drop off and pick up on northbound Nolan Ryan between Randol Mill and the traffic circle.
BALLPARK ENTRY
When will Globe Life Field open?
All entries will open two hours prior to each Postseason game.
Is re-entry allowed?
Re-entry will be permitted until the start of each Postseason game. No re-entry will be allowed during games, except for medical reasons.
How do I access my game ticket?
Your ticket will be available digitally via the MLB Ballpark app. No printed tickets will be accepted. Your digital ticket will list the gate in which to enter Globe Life Field and can be added to your Apple Wallet for entry.
