Tuesday
3:05 p.m. ET: Sacramento River Cats (SF) vs. Tacoma Rainiers (SEA)
There has been a flurry of top prospect promotions over the past few weeks. This matchup pits three of those recent movers against each other. The Mariners' combo of Lazaro Montes (SEA No. 4/MLB No. 38) and Michael Arroyo (SEA No. 5/MLB No. 40) lead Triple-A Tacoma. The pair was promoted in tandem in early July and has combined for six homers in 15 games. Heading up the Sacramento side will be former non-drafted free agent Bo Davidson (SF No. 6). A former junior college standout, Davidson leads San Francisco's system with 19 homers this season and consistently hits the ball hard from the left side.
Wednesday
1:08 p.m. ET: Scranton/Wilkes-Barre RailRiders (NYY) vs. Iowa Cubs (CHC)
George Lombard Jr. (NYY No. 1/MLB No. 20) returned from a short injured list stint on July 13 and has been absolutely raking since. The 2023 first-rounder entered the week slashing .462/.563/.692 with knocks in all seven of his starts this month. His plus raw power will anchor Triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre's lineup against stingy right-hander Jaxon Wiggins (CHC No. 6) and batterymate Owen Ayers (CHC No. 3). The top pitching prospect in the system, Wiggins' premier offering is a 70-grade heater that tops out at 101 mph. Ayers, who was recently promoted to Iowa, is enjoying a breakout season with 22 roundtrippers -- the most among Cubs Minor Leaguers and second-most among Minor League catchers.
5 p.m. ET: Lakeland Flying Tigers (DET) vs. Tampa Tarpons (NYY)
After missing the first three months of the season due to a hamstring injury, Dax Kilby (NYY No. 2/MLB No. 58) is back on the diamond and showcasing the dynamic skillset that made him a first-rounder last summer. He couples plus speed with a quick left-handed swing that gives him gap-to-gap power. Kilby will aim to outduel fellow 2025 first-rounder Jordan Yost (DET No. 4) as Single-A Tampa clashes with Lakeland. Projectable 6-foot, 170-pound shortstop Yost has elite contact skills and strong discipline within the zone.
Thursday
12:05 p.m. ET: Toledo Mud Hens (DET) vs. Columbus Clippers (CLE)
Future AL Central foes face off in this Triple-A matchup packed with Top 100 prospects. Toledo's lineup is led by one of the Minors' top athletes in Max Clark (DET No. 1/MLB No. 13). Known for his 70-grade speed, the 2023 first-rounder has a high-energy play style and routinely makes dazzling plays in center field. Opposing Clark will be Columbus' potent trio of Ralphy Velazquez (CLE No. 1/MLB No. 33), Angel Genao (CLE No. 2/MLB No. 39) and Cooper Ingle (CLE No. 3/MLB No. 59). Velazquez and Ingle both pair strong hit tools with plus pop, while Genao stands out for his elite bat-to-ball skills as a switch-hitter.
6:05 p.m. ET: Akron RubberDucks (CLE) vs. Erie SeaWolves (DET)
Few catching prospects have the type of pop that Josue Briceño (DET No. 3/MLB No. 55) has. The 6-foot-4 backstop -- the top power option in Double-A Erie's lineup -- launches baseballs to all fields and has perennially had one of the lowest ground-ball rates in recent years. The Tigers affiliate will look to outscore an Akron lineup that features rangy outfielder Jaison Chourio (CLE No. 5/MLB No. 95). The younger brother of Brewers star Jackson has thrived at getting on base and using his speed this season. He also has a career-high eight homers through 77 contests.
Friday
7:05 p.m. ET: Rome Emperors (ATL) vs. Hub City Spartanburgers (TEX)
Well over halfway through the Minor League season, only one player has reached the 20/30 threshold -- Eric Hartman (ATL No. 2/MLB No. 74). The Braves' 20-year-old phenom checked off the milestone on July 1, becoming one of the fastest players ever to accomplish the achievement. He'll look to put his impressive power-speed combo to work for High-A Rome against 6-foot-5 hurler Caden Scarborough (TEX No. 2/MLB No. 63) and Hub City. The 21-year-old right-hander keeps hitters guessing with an unorthodox delivery and an electric fastball-curveball pairing.
Saturday
6:35 p.m. ET: Memphis Redbirds (STL) vs. Jacksonville Jumbo Shrimp (MIA)
Joshua Báez (STL No. 3/MLB No. 44) built on his power-packed season with his 31st homer of the year last Sunday, remaining near the top of the Minor League leaderboard. Simply put, the 6-foot-3 slugger has titanic power, which he’ll hope to tap into for Triple-A Memphis against a tough customer in right-hander Karson Milbrandt (MIA No. 4/MLB No. 72) for Jacksonville. Milbrandt attacks hitters with a five-pitch mix but leans heavily on his sweeping slider. Through 78 innings this season, he has racked up 96 strikeouts.
Sunday
1:05 p.m. ET: Fort Wayne TinCaps (SD) vs. Great Lakes Loons (LAD)
The Dodgers sport nine players on MLB Pipeline's Top 100 Prospects list, and three of those talents headline High-A Great Lakes. Eduardo Quintero (LAD No. 3/MLB No. 19) heads the group with his above-average hit tool, potential 25-homer pop and plus speed. Hard-hitting shortstop Emil Morales (LAD No. 4/MLB No. 24) and sweet-swinging lefty Charles Davalan (LAD No. 8/MLB No. 82) -- who both have 15+ homers this season -- round out the lineup. Elite speedster Ryan Wideman (SD No. 6), leads the charge for Fort Wayne. He entered the week with 57 stolen bases and a system-leading 115 knocks.
6:05 p.m. ET: Montgomery Biscuits (TB) vs. Biloxi Shuckers (MIL)
Double-A Biloxi has become one of the most Minors' feared lineups with teenage phenom Jesús Made (MIL No. 1/MLB No. 1), breakout star Josh Adamczewski (MIL No. 6/MLB No. 88) and prolific power bat Andrew Fischer (MIL No. 7), who entered the week with a MiLB-best 32 big flies. Made -- a switch-hitting teenage phenom with four 60-grade tools and impressive twitchy bat speed -- continues to shine as the youngest player in the Southern League. Biloxi counters with its own five-tool prospect in Theo Gillen (TB No. 1/MLB No. 9), a 20-year-old outfielder who has shot up the rankings thanks to his plus bat and standout speed. Gillen pairs with switch-hitting catcher Caden Bodine (TB No. 3/MLB No. 91) in the heart of the Rays affiliate's order.
