The Royals know this is a tough time for everyone during the COVID – 19 pandemic.
With help from our Behavioral Science Department we are focusing on ways that we can be more mindful and present with the things we can control by using a mindfulness practice.
Mindfulness is characterized by present moment experience , present moment focus no judgement and no attaching to the past or clinging to the future.
Every Monday we will release ways you can help being more present in the moment through these tough times.
Looking for some activities to stay busy? We have you covered! Download Royals coloring pages, connect the dots etc. Continue to check back for additional activities!
