Q: When can I access my ticket vouchers?

A: Ticket vouchers will be loaded onto the purchaser’s account within 48 hours of purchase and may be redeemed at that time or any time throughout the 2026 regular season for eligible games. Note: City Connect Bobblehead & at vouchers will appear in your online inventory but will not be eligible for ticket redemption aHnd must be presented via the Ballpark App at the Ticket Sales & Services Center at Kauffman Stadium.

Q: How do I access my ticket vouchers?

A: Your ticket vouchers can be accessed by logging into your My Royals account using the same email address you used for purchase. For more assistance, please visit royals.com/vouchers. Note: City Connect Bobblehead & Hat vouchers will appear in your online inventory but will not be eligible for ticket redemption and must be presented via the Ballpark App at the Ticket Sales & Services Center at Kauffman Stadium.at Kauffman Stadium for item redemption in your Ballpark App.

Q: How do I pick up my exclusive BLP x City Connect hat?

A: You will see two item vouchers on your MLB Ballpark App. To receive the BLP X City Connect hat, simply attend any game between April 1, 2026, and July 1, 2026, and swing by our Ticket Sales and Service Center. Once there, an employee will scan your item voucher, and the hat is yours! Note: City Connect Bobblehead & Hat vouchers will appear in your online inventory but will not be eligible for ticket redemption and must be presented via the Ballpark App at the Ticket Sales & Services Center at Kauffman Stadium.

Q: How do I pick up the exclusive Bobby Witt Jr. City Connect Mini Bobblehead?

A: You will see two item vouchers on your MLB Ballpark App. To receive your Bobby Witt Jr. City Connect Mini Bobblehead, simply attend any game between July 1, 2026, and September 27, 2026, and swing by our Ticket Sales and Service Center. Once there, an employee will scan your item voucher, and the hat is yours!

Q: Can the hat and bobblehead still be picked up even if I don’t attend a game?

A: Unfortunately, no. You must attend a game between April 1, 2026, and July 1, 2026, to pick up the BLP x City Connect hat. You must attend a game between July 1, 2026, and September 27, 2026, to pick up the Bobby Witt Jr. City Connect Mini Bobblehead.

Q: Can the vouchers for the City Connect Hat and Mini Bobblehead be used to gain entry to Kauffman Stadium?

A: No, the vouchers for the City Connect Hat and Mini Bobblehead are only good for item pick up and do not work as a stand-alone game ticket.

Q: What is the Sunday Fun Run that my VIP Lanyard gets front-of-the-line access for?

A: During the Sunday Fun Run presented by Andy’s Frozen Custard, all kids 14 and under can run the bases after every Sunday home game (weather permitting). Beginning in the 8th inning, participants can line up on the first base spiral (just inside Gate D) on the Plaza Level. Your Big League Pack VIP Lanyard will allow your child to get to the front of the line.

Q: What are Clubhouse Pins?

A: Clubhouse Pins are exclusive enamel pins that can be found in the Big League Pack and by trading/interacting with other fans, Royals staff members, and even Royals players throughout the 2026 season.

Q: How many different pins are there?

A: Over 27 players and our lovable mascot Sluggerrr are featured in this first edition of Clubhouse Pins. If finding your favorite players isn’t enough, each pin has three different variants to chase: Royal Blue /175, Powder Blue /75, and the super-rare Golden Crown variants.

Q: How do I grow my Clubhouse Pins collection?

A: Each Big League Pack membership comes with two random Clubhouse Pins. Throughout the 2026 season at Kauffman Stadium, kids will be able to trade/interact with Royals staff (K-Crew, etc.), other Big League Pack Members, and even the Royals players themselves.
