Stretch your legs and take a trip through the kid-friendly Outfield Experience. Do the kids need a break from your seats? Swing by the batting cages or hit the links at Sluggerrr’s Mini Golf. Take the little ones on Sluggerrr’s Carousel or to the Price Chopper Little K. Or head to the free climate-controlled Royals Hall of Fame to cool off and check out Royals history. There’s something for every age group!

Q: How do my kids access the Outfield Experience activities?
A: Most activities will require tokens, but the Playground and the Outfield Experience Main Stage does not.

Q: Where do I buy tokens?
A: Tokens cost $2 each and can be purchased at the token sales counter located by the carousel or at the Plaza Level and View Level Guest Service booths. $11 All Day Play Passes can be purchased for unlimited access to all activities throughout the game at the sales counter located by the carousel. Kauffman Stadium is a cashless facility; debit and credit cards are accepted for Outfield Experience tokens and all day passes.

Q: Can I still see the game from the Outfield Experience?
A: While you may not be able to directly see the action on the field, the Outfield Experience is equipped with Flat Screen TV's with IPTV Technology at every turn so you won't miss a minute of the game while your kids play.

Q: Does the Outfield Experience have any family restrooms or changing stations?
A: The Outfield Experience includes four separate restroom facilities and two family restrooms. The two family restrooms feature baby changing stations.

Q: When can I access the Outfield Experience?
A: Monday - Thursday Games: Gates A & E in the Outfield Experience will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. All remaining gates (Gates B, C & D) will open 1 hour prior to game time (excluding giveaway game dates - See Gates Open for details). Gate C opens 2 hours prior to CommunityAmerica Crown Club ticket holders (Sections 1 - 6) only. Please note that the Outfield Experience closes at the end of the game but is subject to close earlier due to inclement weather or Summer Fireworks nights.

Friday - Sunday Games: Gates A & E in the Outfield Experience and all other gates will open 1.5 hours prior to game time. Gate C opens 2 hours prior to CommunityAmerica Crown Club ticket holders (Sections 1 - 6) only. Please note that the Outfield Experience closes at the end of the game but is subject to close earlier due to inclement weather or Summer Fireworks nights.
