There’s so much to do in the Outfield Experience, like the Carousel, Price Chopper Little K, and more! Most of our activities require tokens to access. Tokens can be purchased at the token sales counter located by the Carousel or at the Plaza Level and View Level Guest Service booths. $11 All Day Play Passes can be purchased for unlimited activities throughout the game at the sales counter by the Carousel or by clicking here.

You can’t visit the Outfield Experience without taking your kiddos for a spin on our classic Carousel. Enjoy the ride on the hand-carved horses decked out with Royals gear, including our loveable lion Sluggerrr.

Outfield Experience Main Stage
The Outfield Experience Main Stage is home to pregame entertainment for theme nights, special events, and more. Located right between Joe’s Kansas City Bar-B-Que and Sluggerrr’s Mini Golf, the multi-use space will feature something different each time you see it. Plus, we have a collection of picnic tables for you and your family to eat, drink, and take a break from the action.

Playground
Take a trip behind the gigantic stature of Crown Vision and let your kiddos run off some steam on our playground. Featuring safety surfacing, tunnels, slides, climbing features, and more, there’s plenty for the little ones to do if they need a break from your seats. Plus, it’s always free!

Pop-A-Shot
Bring your hoops skills to the ballpark at our two Pop-A-Shot stations! Go head-to-head with your friends and hit as many shots as you can before the buzzer. Pop-A-Shot is located between Sluggerrr’s Batting Challenge and Sluggerrr’s Base Run.

Price Chopper Little K
Future big leaguers can start their careers on the new and improved Price Chopper Little K. Kids 48” and under can take a pitch from the KCrew and try to hit it over the outfield wall or take a spin around the bases on the turf field. Head over to the left field side of the Outfield Experience and watch your future superstar from the bleachers!

Sluggerrr’s Base Run
Burn up the base paths and see if you can sprint like Bobby. Along the back wall of our Outfield Experience, you can test your speed and take on Sluggerrr’s Base Run. This is the perfect activity to let your kiddos run out some energy… literally!

Sluggerrr’s Batting Challenge
Think you got what it takes to hit a fastball? Well, step up to the plate and swing for the fences at Sluggerrr’s Batting Challenge. Set up just like your classic batting cages, kids 48” and above can throw on a helmet and take some cuts.

Even Sluggerrr loves a day on the links, as long as it's at the ballpark. Grab a club and swing through Sluggerrr’s Mini Golf course and take on the five-hole, baseball-themed greens, featuring a pitching mound, baseball helmet obstacles, and more.

How fast can you throw? Got a wicked curveball? This is your chance to find out! Test your pitching prowess and clock your best heater at Sluggerrr’s Pitching Mound. We don’t serve hot dogs at the pitching mound, but you’re always encouraged to put some mustard on it!
