Hankook Long Drives Sweepstakes

Eligibility: The Hankook Long Drives Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes") is open only to legal residents of the United States including its commonwealths, territories, and possessions (excluding New York, Florida, and Rhode Island) ("Eligible Territory"), who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (or of the legal age of majority in their state of residence, whichever is older) at the time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Hankook Tire America Corp. ("Hankook" or "Sponsor"), the MLB Entities (as defined below), teamDigital Promotions, Inc. ("Administrator"), and each of their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, governors, related entities, partners, partnerships, principals, licensees, sponsors, and advertising/promotion agencies and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, successors and assigns (collectively, "Released Parties"), and the immediate family members (parent, spouse, sibling, or child, and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in the same household of each (whether or not related) are not eligible to participate or win. The "MLB Entities" shall mean the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball ("BOC"), its Bureaus, Committees, Subcommittees and Councils, MLB Advanced Media, L.P. ("MLB"), Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., The MLB Network, LLC, the Major League Baseball Clubs ("Clubs"), each of their parent, subsidiary, affiliated and related entities, any entity which, now or in the future, controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with the Clubs or the BOC and the owners, general and limited partners, shareholders, directors, officers, employees and agents of the foregoing entities. This Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local rules and regulations. Void outside of the Eligible Territory, and where prohibited or restricted by law, rule or regulation.

Promotion Period: The Sweepstakes starts at 12:00:00 a.m. Eastern Time ("ET") on 8/28/2023 and ends at 12:00:00 p.m. (noon) ET on 9/29/2023 (the "Promotion Period").

How to Participate: During the Promotion Period, you may participate in the Sweepstakes when you visit mlb.com/hankooktire and click on the applicable Sweepstakes banners, buttons and/or links to access the online Sweepstakes entry form (the "Entry Form"). Follow the instructions provided to fully complete and submit the Entry Form to receive one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person and per valid email address per day. Additional entries in excess of the stated limitation will be void.

All information submitted online by entrants is subject to, and will be treated in a manner consistent with, MLB's Terms of Use (accessible at mlb.com/tou) and Privacy Policy (accessible at mlb.com/privacy). Entrants must fully complete and submit all non-optional data requested on the Entry Form to be eligible. Incomplete entries are void. Entrants to the Sweepstakes will be given the option to receive commercial emails from MLB and/or Sponsor; however, eligibility to participate in the Sweepstakes is not dependent upon entrant's consent to receive such emails and consenting to receive such emails does not impact entrant's chances of winning. By entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant gives his/her express permission to be contacted by the Administrator by telephone and/or email for Sweepstakes administration purposes only. Released Parties are not responsible for lost, incomplete, late, delayed, inaccurate, misdirected, stolen, undelivered, or garbled entries, or email; failures or malfunctions of phones, phone lines or telephone systems; lost entries, or transmissions; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission, or communication; interrupted or unavailable network, server, Internet Service Provider (ISP), cable, satellite or other connections including those through and/or by any website; miscommunications, failed computer hardware or software or technical failures; non-delivery; misdirected, blocked, or delayed email notifications; garbled, misrouted, jumbled, scrambled, delayed or misdirected transmissions; printing, typographical or other errors appearing within these Official Rules, in any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; or other errors or problems of any kind whether mechanical, human, telephone, electronic, mail or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes, or downloading of materials from or use of the website, including, without limitation, the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game, errors or problems which may occur in connection with the administration of the Sweepstakes, the processing of entries, or email or the announcement of the prize. Administrator, Sponsor, and MLB as applicable, reserve(s) the right, in their sole discretion, to void any and all entries of an entrant who Administrator and/or Sponsor, as applicable, believes has attempted to tamper with, corrupt, or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of this Sweepstakes or who is otherwise not in compliance with these Official Rules. The use of automated entry or similar devices to participate or subvert the entry process is prohibited and all entries through such devices are void. In the event of a dispute as to the identity of any entrant, such entrant will be deemed, as the person named on the applicable Entry Form.

Winner Selection/Notification: On or about 10/2/2023, a random drawing (a "Prize Drawing") will be conducted to select the potential winner from among all eligible entries received throughout the duration of the Promotion Period. The Prize Drawing will be conducted by Administrator, an independent sweepstakes management company. Subject to verification of eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules, the potential winner will be declared the official winner of the Sweepstakes. The potential winner will be notified at the telephone number provided in his/her registration form. If the initial potential winner does not answer his/her phone (or is otherwise unavailable during initial contact attempt), no message will be left and no further attempt to contact such individual will be made and such individual will be disqualified and an alternate potential winner may be chosen, time permitting and at Sponsor's sole discretion. The potential winner will be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability and (where legal) Publicity Release within two (2) hours of time of issuance of notification. Winner's guest(s) must be of legal age of majority in his/her jurisdiction of residence unless such guest is the child or legal ward of the winner and such guest (or, if guest is the child or legal ward of winner, winner) may be required to execute and return a Liability Release and (where legal) Publicity Release prior to prize award. In the event that the selected potential winner declines the prize, is not eligible to accept the prize, does not comply with the terms of these Official Rules or if Administrator is unable to contact the potential winner, his/her prize opportunity will be forfeited and Administrator, at its sole discretion and time permitting, may randomly select an alternate potential winner from among all remaining eligible entries received throughout the duration of the Promotion Period. Odds of winning the prize will depend on the total number of eligible entries received throughout the duration of the Promotion Period. The decisions of Sponsor and/or Administrator, as applicable, will be final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

One (1) Grand Prize: The Grand Prize winner will receive a 4-day/3-night trip for winner and up to three (3) guests to attend one (1) game of the 2023 World Series ("World Series Game") at Sponsor's sole discretion. Prize package consists of round-trip coach class air transportation for winner and guests between a major U.S. airport nearest Grand Prize winner's residence in the U.S. and the host city of the World Series Game ("WS Host City"); three (3) night hotel accommodations (i.e. two (2) standard, double occupancy rooms) in the WS Host City at a hotel to be determined by Sponsor at its sole discretion; four (4) tickets for the Grand Prize winner and his/her guests to the World Series Game; and ground transportation in the WS Host City to/from the airport and the applicable hotel (collectively, the "Grand Prize"). Approximate Retail Value ("ARV") of Grand Prize: $6,500. Actual value of Grand Prize will vary depending on Grand Prize winner's city of departure and WS Host City (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Sponsor and Administrator, in their sole discretion, reserve the right to provide ground transportation in lieu of air transportation if Grand Prize winner resides within one hundred (100) miles of the WS Host City (and no additional compensation or substitution will be awarded for difference in prize value). Trip must be taken on dates specified by Administrator or Grand Prize will be forfeited and, at Administrator's discretion and time permitting, an alternate potential winner may be randomly selected from among all remaining eligible entries received. If the designated World Series Game or any other Grand Prize-related activity(s) is canceled or postponed for any reason, the travel portion of the Grand Prize will be awarded less applicable canceled or postponed Grand Prize-related activity(s) and Administrator will substitute that activity(s) with an item(s)/activity(s) of comparable or greater value as determined solely by Administrator. Travel and hotel accommodation restrictions apply. Travel arrangements must be made through Administrator's agent and on a carrier of Administrator's choice. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests are responsible for obtaining all required travel documents prior to travel and must have no impediment to entering the WS Host City. Grand Prize winner and his/her guests must travel together on the same itinerary. All Grand Prize details are at Sponsor's and Administrator's sole discretion.

Use of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition ticket is subject to the standard terms, conditions, and health and safety policies applicable to the ticket; see mlb.com/ticketback for details. Seat locations at the game/event/exhibition and, unless otherwise stated in the prize description, exact game/event/exhibition date shall be determined in the sole discretion of Sponsor. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition dates and times are determined in the sole discretion of the BOC and/or the applicable Club and may be subject to change. The terms and conditions of the tickets awarded as part of the prize will govern in the event a legal game/event/exhibition, as defined by Major League Baseball, is not played or held due to weather conditions, an act of God, an act of terrorism, civil disturbance, or any other reason. Winner and his/her guest(s) agree to comply with all applicable ballpark and venue regulations in connection with the prize. Sponsor and the MLB Entities reserve the right to remove or to deny entry to the winner and/or his/her guest(s) who engage in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person at the game/event/exhibition. Released Parties (as defined below) will not be responsible for weather conditions; acts of God; acts of terrorism; civil disturbances; local, state, or federal regulation, order, or policy; work stoppage; epidemic, pandemic, or any other issue concerning public health or safety; or any other event outside of their control that may cause the cancellation or postponement of any Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition. Major League Baseball game/event/exhibition tickets awarded as prizes may not be resold, offered for resale, or used for any commercial or promotional purpose whatsoever. Any such resale or commercial or promotional use may result in disqualification and prize forfeiture and may invalidate the license granted by the game/event/exhibition ticket.

Miscellaneous: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of prize (or any portion thereof) permitted except by Sponsor who may substitute the prize (or any portion thereof) with a prize of comparable or greater value at its sole and absolute discretion. Winner is responsible for all income, federal, state and local taxes as well as any other costs or expenses associated with prize acceptance. Non-compliance with any of the foregoing or these Official Rules, the inability to contact the potential winner within a reasonable time period, failure to return such documents within the specified time period, or the return of the prize or prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification and, time permitting, awarding of prize to an alternate winner, at Administrator's sole discretion. By participating, each entrant agrees (1) to be bound by these Official Rules, (2) that Sponsor, MLB, and each of their respective designees shall have the right and permission to use (unless prohibited by law) entrant's name, voice, address (city and state of residence), photograph and/or other likeness and prize information for advertising, promotional and/or trade and/or any other purpose in any and all media or format now known or hereafter devised throughout the world, in perpetuity, without limitation and without further compensation, consideration, permission or notification to entrants or any third parties; and (3) that the Released Parties and each of their respective employees, agents, representatives, licensors, successors and assigns shall have no liability and will be held harmless for any liability, loss, injury or damages of any kind, including, without limitation, personal injury, death or damage to personal or real property, to entrant or any other person or entity due in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, by reason of the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of the prize (or any portion thereof) (including any travel or activity related thereto) and/or participation in this Sweepstakes. Sponsor and MLB reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to modify, terminate or suspend this Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper operation of the Sweepstakes (or any portion thereof) or for any other reason and, in the event of termination, at its discretion, to randomly select a potential winner from among those eligible, non-suspect entries received during the Promotion Period prior to event requiring such termination. Administrator, Sponsor, and/or MLB as applicable, reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to disqualify any person and void all associated entries of any person who they believe has tampered with, or attempted to tamper with or impair, the entry process, or any other component of this Sweepstakes, whose conduct or actions affect or impair the administration, integrity, security, fairness or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, or who is in violation of these Official Rules. Released Parties (a) make no warranty, guaranty or representation of any kind concerning the prize (or any portion thereof), and (b) disclaim any implied warranty. Sponsor's and/or MLB's failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEBSITE ASSOCIATED WITH THIS SWEEPSTAKES IN ANY WAY, OR UNDERMINE THE CONTENT OR LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES, MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, ADMINISTRATOR, SPONSOR, MLB, AND/OR EACH OF THEIR RESPECTIVE AGENTS WILL DISQUALIFY ANY ENTRANT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT AND RESERVE THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES (INCLUDING ATTORNEYS' FEES) AND ANY AND ALL REMEDIES AVAILABLE FROM ANY PERSON OR PERSONS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE ATTEMPT TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY LAW.

Arbitration: As a condition of entering this Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees that (a) any and all disputes, claims, controversies, or causes of action arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes or the prize awarded (each, a "Claim") shall be (i) arbitrated on an individual basis only and shall not be consolidated or joined with or in any arbitration or other proceeding involving a Claim of any other party and (ii) settled by binding arbitration in New York County, New York before a single arbitrator appointed by JAMS in accordance with its then governing rules and procedures, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered by any court having jurisdiction thereof; and (b) under no circumstance will entrant be permitted to obtain awards for, and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim, punitive, incidental, consequential, or any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses. For New Jersey residents, the limitations set forth above may be inapplicable where attorneys' fees, court costs, or other damages are mandated by statute. These Official Rules shall be governed by and construed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, U.S.A, applicable to contracts entered into and performed exclusively in that State.
