Twins Spring Training Ticket Terms and Conditions

GENERAL NOTICE: Game time subject to change without notice. Positively no refunds or exchanges. This ticket cannot be replaced if lost, stolen or destroyed. This ticket is a revocable license and may be terminated in the sole discretion of Minnesota Twins, LLC (the "Club") or Twins Ballpark, LLC by tendering the purchase price to the ticket holder (the "User"). The Club reserves the right, without refund of any portion of the purchase price, to revoke the license granted by this ticket and refuse admission to or eject any User from CenturyLink Sports Complex for any reason, including conduct deemed improper by the Club. This ticket may not be used for advertising, promotions (contests, sweepstakes, giveaways) or other commercial or trade purposes without express written consent of the Club. This ticket may not be resold in a manner or at a price that violates any Federal, State or Local laws or regulations.

RAIN CHECK: Rules regulating cancellation or rescheduling of games and use of RAIN CHECKS will be posted on www.twinsbaseball.com. If the game numbered hereon does not progress to or beyond a point of play constituting an MLB regulation game, this ticket must be retained and used as a RAIN CHECK. Premium ticket location RAIN CHECK policies may vary from those above and such ticket holders should retain this ticket and contact the Ticket Sales and Service department. This ticket is good only for this particular game and no part of the purchase price will be refunded by reason of failure of the holder to use it for this game. These policies may be amended by the Club at any time without notice.

WARNING: User assumes, for him/herself as well as for each minor in the charge of such User ("Minors"), all risk and danger incidental to the game of baseball, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the playing of the game, including but not limited to the risk of injury by thrown or broken bats or fragments thereof, thrown or batted balls, or items thrown or injuries otherwise caused by other spectators, and other hazardous or potentially harmful activities incident to a sports event. User further agrees, for him/herself and Minors, that the Club, Twins Ballpark, LLC, the Minnesota Ballpark Authority, the Office of the Commissioner of Baseball, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., MLB Advanced Media, L.P., The MLB Network, LLC, each of the Major League Baseball Clubs, and each of their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, officers, employees and owners (collectively, the Club's "Baseball Affiliates"), are not liable for any personal injuries (including death), property damage or any other loss resulting from such causes or as a result of attendance at the game. All persons and items entering CenturyLink Sports Complex are subject to inspection for security purposes. Certain items are not allowed into CenturyLink Sports Complex, and may be confiscated by Club or CenturyLink Sports Complex personnel. User consents, on behalf of both User and Minors, to an inspection of his or her person and any bags, clothing, or other articles for security purposes. No smoking is allowed at CenturyLink Sports Complex. Any User entering the playing field, disrupting a game or attempting physical contact with a game participant will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

IMPORTANT: By use of this ticket, User agrees on behalf of both User and Minors that: (a) he or she shall not transmit or aid in transmitting any information about the game to which it grants admission, including, but not limited to, any account, description, picture, video, audio reproduction or other information concerning the game (the "Game Information"); (b) the Club is the exclusive owner of all copyrights and other proprietary rights in the game and Game Information; and (c) the Club, the visiting club, Major League Baseball Properties, Inc., Major League Baseball Enterprises, Inc., and each of their respective affiliates, players, coaches, officers, employees, owners, licensees and agents shall have the unrestricted right and license to use without compensation User's and/or Minor's name, likeness, image, voice, comments or other proprietary or public rights as included in any broadcast, telecast, photograph, video and/or sound recording taken in connection with or other transmission or reproduction of the game, in any and all media, worldwide, in perpetuity, in any subsequent commercial or promotional activity.
