MENU & ORDER FORM:

• See the 2019 LAA Suite Catering Menu & 2019 LAA Suite Catering Order Form for your advance ordering needs
  • It is recommended to have the latest version of Adobe Reader to take full advantage of the attached interactive order form

PLACING AN ORDER IS EASY AS 1-2-3:

1. Complete and verify all information on the order form
2. Once completed, click the 'SUBMIT' button on page 4 - The completed form will create and attach itself to a new email with your default email client
3. Click send once the automated email has been created*

*If the interactive form does not create an automated new email, there are other ways to submit the order form:

• Save Document, attach and email to LAAsuites@Legends.net
• Scan and email to LAAsuites@Legends.net
• Scan and fax to 714.940.2486
• Lastly, you may call in the order to 714.940.2480

GAME DAY CATERING:

• A condensed menu will be provided in your suite for game day purchases. Items offered during your game is notated on the menu. ADVANCED ORDERING IS RECOMMENDED!  
• Unless specified otherwise, all game day purchases authorized by the assigned host will be charged to card provided on the order form
• If an advanced order is not placed, a credit card must be provided at the time of ordering

FOOD DELIVERY SCHEDULE:

• A food delivery schedule is detailed on page 4 of the menu.
