How To Exchange Tickets Online

STEP 1 Log in to your My Brewers Tickets account with your MLB.com account and password.

STEP 2 Once logged in, select ‘EXCHANGE’ on the left side of the screen.

STEP 3 Choose the game and seats you would like to exchange, and you will be prompted to select the game you desire to exchange into.

STEP 4 Pick your seats from the map, choose a delivery method and check-out.

Past Game/Unused Ticket exchanges CANNOT be fulfilled online-please contact the Brewers Sales Office for assistance.

Ticket Exchange Policy Details

  • A $1.00 per-ticket service fee will be applied to all exchanges.
  • This is a ticket-for-ticket exchange and tickets may only be exchanged ONCE.
  • Tickets may only be exchanged and used towards games in the 2024 season.
  • A maximum of eight tickets can be exchanged for any one game.
  • Exchange dates are subject to change.

Live Tickets (Forward Only)

10-Pack Live Game Exchanges Calendar
  • Tickets for games not yet played can be exchanged online to 68 eligible regular season home games—see calendar for the available Live Ticket Exchange Dates. Ticket pricing is determined by demand. Any exchange of tickets from a lower demand B-tier game into a higher demand A-tier game will require the 10-Pack Holder to pay the difference in ticket pricing.
  • Tickets can be exchanged online up until 24 hours before first pitch. Within 24 hours, tickets still have value as Past Game/Unused tickets. Tickets being exchanged over the phone or with the assistance of a member of the Brewers Sales Office must be exchanged at least 48 hours in advance of the game date on the original ticket. Any tickets being exchanged within this window of time will follow the Past Game/Unused Ticket Policy.
  • Tickets and Parking must be exchanged separately online.
  • Share partners are not eligible for 10-Pack Exchanges. Please have the 10-Pack Holder of record contact the Brewers Sales Office if any assistance is needed.

  • If you have unused tickets for a game already played, those tickets may be redeemed for tickets to eligible Mon-Thur regular season home games. See calendar for the available Past Game/Unused Ticket Exchange dates.
  • Each unused ticket from a past game will be exchanged for the best-available location in the TERRACE RESERVED only.
  • Share partners are not eligible for 10-Pack Exchanges. Please have the 10-Pack Holder of record contact the Brewers Sales Office if any assistance is needed.
