Brewers Donation Requests

The Milwaukee Brewers are happy to support charitable organizations to positively impact our community through in-kind donations. Although the Brewers support thousands of requests each year, it is not possible to fulfill them all. Please take a look at the submission criteria below to see if you qualify.

Donation Request Process

Request Eligibility

Requests for in-kind donations are limited to 501c3 non-profit organizations located in Wisconsin only.

Requests must be received by the Milwaukee Brewers at least six (6) weeks prior to the event.

Donations will be mailed out at least two (2) weeks prior to the date of the event.

Requests related to the following are INELIGIBLE to receive donations:

  • Third party requests or organizational campaigns (i.e. United Way, Relay for Life, Juvenile Diabetes Research Fund, Courage Center, Breast Cancer 3-Days, etc.) as we support these organizations on a corporate level
  • We will not consider donation requests to for-profit organizations/groups, employee recognition/incentive programs, family reunions, PTA/PTO, sales incentives, holiday parties, etc.
  • Requests for operating expenses and other monetary donations
  • Individuals or individual pursuits, fraternal, veteran, labor or political groups

Please DO NOT send personal items as members of the front office are unable to intervene on behalf of fans seeking autographs for personal or charitable purposes.

All denied requests will receive notification via e-mail.

Application Process

All donation requests must be submitted through the online application at least six (6) weeks prior to an event. Faxes, emails, phone calls and mailed submissions will no longer be accepted.

Processing Your Request

Please DO NOT call on the status of your donation. You will receive notification once your request is processed.

Donations are scheduled for a pick-up or sent to the requestor approximately two (2) weeks before the item is needed for the event. Requests from the five-county Milwaukee area may be asked to pick-up their item at American Family Field. Requests from outside the Milwaukee area will be mailed.

All decisions made by the Brewers Community Relations Department are final.
