Los Angeles Wildfires: Support for Victims and First Responders
The Los Angeles Dodgers have donated to the following agencies to support fire relief efforts, help affected Angelenos recover, rebuild their lives and communities, and provide much-needed support to first responders. Funds may also be donated directly to the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation to support our own ongoing efforts, including aid for local nonprofits, assistance to affected schools, and the distribution of critical resources to communities impacted by the wildfires.
The American Red Cross is at the forefront of disaster relief support across Los Angeles County. For those looking to help, the organization accepts donations and volunteers.
The California Fire Foundation provides vital support to fire victims, as well as to firefighters and their families, throughout the state.
The Pasadena Community Foundation established the Eaton Canyon Fire Relief & Recovery Fund to assist those impacted by the fires and will work with city officials and nonprofit organizations to ensure the funds reach those most in need.
The Pasadena Educational Foundation has created a response fund to help the Pasadena Unified School District community during this time of need. The funds will go towards students, staff and families.
The LAUSD Education Foundation has also created an emergency relief fund to support and provide direct cash assistance for families and employees affected by the fires. The funds will also go towards supporting mental health support, the reestablishment of affected classrooms, and other immediate and long-term community needs.
The California Community Foundation’s Wildfire Recovery Fund supports intermediate and long-term recovery efforts for major California wildfires, including rebuilding homes and providing financial and mental health assistance.
Baby2Baby is providing essential items such as diapers, formula, clothing, and emergency supplies to families impacted by the recent wildfires. Your donation helps ensure children and families receive immediate relief and support as they recover.
