Episode 25 ā€“ Postseason Preview (Dodgers)

The postseason is upon us and Joe and Orel devote this week's episode to previewing the series with the Brewers as well as recapping the 2020 regular season. Episode 17 - Andrew Friedman, President of Baseball Operations (Dodgers)

This week Joe and Orel are joined by the Dodgers' President of Baseball Operations- Andrew Friedman. Andrew takes the guys inside how the Mookie Betts trade and long-term extensions went down and discusses how he approaches building a roster to routinely compete for championships. Dave Roberts then joins from Houston for his weekly segment and talks about how the first road trip of the season is going. Both guests also address game 1 of the Houston series, with their views on the altercation between Joe Kelly & Carlos Correa and how they're handling the emotions of playing the Astros knowing what we do now about the 2017 World Series. Hall of Famer Jaime JarrĆ­n joins the guys this week - as he discusses his journey from Ecuador to Los Angeles as well as his love for the game of baseball as he prepares for his 62nd season as the Spanish language voice of the Dodgers. Before that, though, Dave Roberts gives his weekly update...although this week it comes for the first time from his office at Dodger Stadium. Dave talks about what the first day at "Spring Training 2.0" has been like and discusses some potential strategy for the upcoming shortened season.
