Emerging Talent Program
The Emerging Talent Program offers exciting opportunities across the front office and baseball operations, including departments such as Public Relations, Global Partnerships, Social Media, Accounting & Finance, Strength & Conditioning, Minor League Medical, Marketing & Advertising, Production, Broadcasting and more! Our expansive program spans across Dodger Stadium (Los Angeles, CA), Camelback Ranch (Glendale, AZ) and Campo Las Palmas (Dominican Republic). Candidates must be available to live and work in their assigned office location.
In 2025, the Dodgers Emerging Talent Program earned Vault Best Internships recognition for the second consecutive year, based on feedback from over 17,000 interns across 250 companies. The program ranked within the top 75 nationally across several categories, including #24 for Real-Life Experience, #61 for Overall Career Development, and #71 for Best Internships for People of Color, reflecting our continued commitment to providing meaningful work experiences, professional development, and inclusive opportunities for early-career talent. Additionally, in 2025 the Los Angeles Dodgers were selected as a Handshake Early Talent Award recipient, further underscoring our dedication to attracting, developing, and supporting emerging talent.
At the Dodgers, we’re proud to continue creating pathways for emerging talent to thrive and make a lasting impact within our team and around the world.
