When will I receive my ticket(s) for the game?
Once your purchase is complete, you will receive an order confirmation from [email protected]. Depending on the delivery method selected, you will be emailed your game tickets, or you can access them by logging into your My Dodger Tickets account.
How can I confirm that I purchased the correct special event ticket package ticket?
Your order confirmation will state if you purchased the special event ticket package offer. Your game tickets will have a unique event code listed on them to verify that they are indeed part of the special event ticket package. I received my tickets, but there is no voucher included to pick up my item(s). Special event ticket package event tickets do not include a separate voucher or ticket for the item. Instead, the value for the special event item is stored on the barcode of the special event game ticket.
What size(s) will be offered?
If a ticket pack includes an apparel giveaway, we will offer sizes medium and XL.
How early do I have to arrive to get my preferred size?
All sizes are distributed on a first come, first served basis. We recommend arriving as early as possible to ensure your best chance of receiving your preferred size. All shirt sizes are based on availability. Specific shirt sizes are not guaranteed.
Where do I go to pick up my ticket package item?
We will communicate redemption times and location(s) to all special event ticket package purchasers 24-72 hours prior to the game date.
I am a Season Ticket Member, and already have tickets to the game; can I upgrade my tickets or just purchase the item?
We cannot upgrade season tickets into special event ticket package tickets. Limited quantities will be available for redemption via My Membership Rewards Portal via the MLB Ballpark app.
Can I pick up my promotional item(s) for a ticket package at a later date?
Ticket Pack Items must be picked up at the game. We will not offer an opportunity for fans to come back and pick up unclaimed ticket pack items.
Can I select specific seats for Ticket Pack offers?
All of our ticket pack offers are online only. When you select from the seating areas offered, it will automatically default to best available. Should you be interested in purchasing 15 or more tickets, our Group Sales Team can assist you in finding the best available seats according to your preferences. How can I purchase ADA tickets for this event?
ADA accessible tickets can be purchased by clicking the 'View Real-Time ADA Seating' link at the bottom of the event purchase page.
I bought my tickets on StubHub before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I cancel my order?
The Dodgers are unable to cancel or refund any orders or tickets purchased through StubHub or any other secondary market source.
I bought my tickets at the Dodger Stadium Box Office before I knew this event was scheduled. Can I upgrade them?
Yes, if you purchased your tickets here at the Dodger Stadium Box Office via credit card, we can upgrade them into one of the seating locations offered for the special event ticket package. No downgrades/refunds are available.
Can I purchase special event ticket pack tickets at the box office?
Ticket package offers are only available online. Tickets purchased through the specific online link will include the ticket pack item.
How old does a child have to be to receive the ticket package item?
Our stadium policy states that children 3 and under do not need a ticket for the game, as they can sit on a lap. However, without a ticket for the game, they are not eligible to receive any special event giveaway items.
I bought 2 tickets, but my friend can no longer make it to the game. Can I pick up their item?
As long as the ticket will not be used for your friend to enter the Ballpark at any point for the game, you can scan it at your designated redemption pick up location, and pick up the item on their behalf.
My family is arriving separately and may miss the designated pick up times. Can I pick up all of the items on their behalf?
Each ticket needs to be scanned to get into the ballpark prior to redeeming your item, meaning you cannot pick up someone else's item that has not already entered the stadium. They will be denied entry into the ballpark if their ticket has been scanned for item redemption prior to their entrance into the stadium.
Is there a group discount for purchasing 15 or more tickets for a special event ticket package?
No group discount is offered for purchasing 15 or more tickets, but you will save on the per ticket service fees. Group ticket purchases only include one flat $10 handling fee on the entire order!
