Look at the last email you've received regarding your tickets - does it say that you have been "forwarded" tickets?

If you have been forwarded tickets, the easiest way to access them is using the MLB Ballpark app.

How do you want to access your tickets?

Please click the button below to log into your account with the email address and password you used to purchase or accepted your tickets with.

To forward your tickets, on the My Tickets Inventory page, click the blue forward tickets button on the bottom of the page and select the tickets you would like to forward. Once you have selected your tickets, please click add a friend and enter the information and email of the person you wish to forward these tickets to and confirm. Then click the forward tickets button.
