Q: How long will the Holiday Ticket Pack be on sale?

A: The Holiday Ticket Pack sale will end on Sunday, January 5th, 2020, at 11:59PM.

Q: What does the Holiday Ticket Pack include?

A: The Holiday Ticket Pack includes a set number (4 or 8) of Flex Vouchers. Flex Vouchers are digital vouchers that can be redeemed for select 2020 regular season Giants games, subject to availability.

Q: What is the difference between the View + Bleacher Holiday Ticket Pack and the Lower Box Left Field Holiday Ticket Pack?

A: The View + Bleacher Holiday Ticket Pack is eligible for seats in the following seating categories: Left Field Bleacher 20+, View Reserve, View Reserve Right Field, View Reserve Outfield, and View Reserve Left Field. The Lower Box Left Field Holiday Ticket Pack is eligible for seats in the same seating categories as the View + Bleacher Holiday Ticket Pack, PLUS the Lower Box Left Field.

Q: When can I start redeeming my Vouchers?

A: You can redeem your Vouchers starting on February 5th, 2020. This is three days before single game tickets go on-sale to the public on Saturday, February 8th.

Q: Which games are my Vouchers eligible for?

A: Your Vouchers are eligible for most home games during the 2020 regular season, subject to availability. Excluded games are 4/3, 4/4, 4/5, 6/27, 6/28, 7/30, and 8/16. Additional games can be added to this list.

Q: Can I buy multiple Holiday Ticket Packs?

A: Yes, buy one for everyone on your gift list!

Q: Is there a limit to the number of Vouchers I can redeem per game?

A: Yes, a maximum of 12 vouchers can be redeemed per game.

Q: When I attempt to access my vouchers, it tells me that I do not have any inventory?

A: Make sure to select “Vouchers” from the menu in the upper right hand corner to see your vouchers.

Q: How do I gift the Holiday Ticket Pack?

A: Holiday Ticket Pack vouchers can be forwarded to others – so they can pick their own games.

To forward your vouchers to others, please follow the steps below:

  1. Login using the MLB.com email/password used at time of purchase
  2. In the top right hand corner, click the menu (3 line icon), and select Vouchers
  3. Click your Holiday Pack and click Forward or Voucher Actions
  4. Select the vouchers you wish to wish to forward and click Continue
  5. Select an existing friend from your friend list, or add a new friend at the bottom of the page
  6. Click Forward Vouchers to complete the process

Q: How do I redeem my Vouchers?

A: Voucher redemption will be done via the MLB Ballpark app or online. Reminder that redemption does not begin until February 5th, 2020.

Q: After I redeem my Vouchers, can I upgrade my seats?

A: Yes, seat upgrades are available via the MLB Ballpark app 3 hours prior to game time.

Q: After I redeem my Vouchers, can I print my tickets?

A: No, mobile tickets via the MLB Ballpark app have replaced print at home (PDF) tickets.

Q: After I redeem my Vouchers, can I upgrade my seats?

A: Yes, seat upgrades are available via the MLB Ballpark app 3 hours prior to game time.

Q: Is there a deadline to redeem my Vouchers?

A: Your Vouchers can be redeemed any time before first pitch, subject to availability.

Q: Do my Vouchers expire?

A: Yes, your Vouchers expire on September 27th, 2020. Use them or lose them!

Q: Can I combine my Vouchers to get premium seats?

A: No, Vouchers can only be redeemed in a 1:1 ratio (1 voucher for 1 ticket) for the seating categories associated with your Holiday Ticket Pack purchase.

Q: Can I redeem my Vouchers for Special Events?

A: No, your Vouchers are eligible for regular game tickets only.

Q: Do I get the gate giveaway?

A: The ticket you redeemed with your voucher is eligible for any associated gate giveaways, while supplies last.

Q: Can I redeem my Vouchers for ADA seats?

A. Due to limited inventory, ADA seats are not available during the voucher redemption process.

  • Step 1: Redeem your vouchers for the game and seating category of interest
  • Step 2: Call Customer Service (415-972-2209) to exchange your regular tickets for ADA seats

Q: I can no longer attend the game I redeemed my vouchers for - can I exchange my tickets?

A: No, tickets are not eligible for exchanges.

A: No, tickets are not eligible for resale. Resale of tickets is strictly prohibited

Q: Is the Holiday Ticket Pack refundable?

A: No, the Holiday Ticket Pack is non-refundable. All sales are final.
