Where are the London Series 2023 games taking place?

There are two games in the MLB World Tour: London Series 2023.
The first game is on Saturday 24 June 2023.
The second game is on Sunday 25 June 2023.

Who is playing?
St. Louis Cardinals and Chicago Cubs are playing a two-game series. The St. Louis Cardinals will be the home team for both games.

What time do the games start?
On Saturday 24 June the first pitch is at 6.10 p.m. (BST)
On Sunday 25 June the first pitch is at 3.10 p.m. (BST)

How long does a baseball game last?

The average baseball game lasts around three hours, though there is no time limit as it is not dictated by a clock. Teams alternate between batting and fielding across nine innings. If the game is tied after nine innings, the game will continue until a winner emerges.

Is baseball a family friendly event?

Yes, the London Series is an inclusive event for all ages. Children's tickets can be purchased for children under 16 on the day of the game, dependent on availability. Any ticket holder under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 years of age or over.

Anyone entering the venue must be in possession of a valid ticket regardless of age; there are no 'babes in arms' or 'lap tickets'.

When do tickets go on sale for Club Season Ticket Holders?

Season Ticket Holders at the two clubs playing will have access to tickets before they go on General Sale.

  • From 2:00 p.m. GMT (9.00am EST) on Tuesday 29 November 2022 until 5.00 p.m. GMT (12.00pm EST) on Thursday 1 December 2022 Club Season Ticket Holders will be able to purchase weekend tickets, giving you the same seat for both games.

How will I be informed of ticket availability?

Club Season Ticket Holders will receive an email on Tuesday 29 November 2022 with a unique link and instructions on how to purchase your ticket(s). The link is unique for Season Ticket Holders and should not be shared.

How many tickets will I be able to order?

Using your unique link, Club Season Ticket Holders can purchase up to eight weekend tickets or eight single tickets for either game.

Are there Cardinals and Cubs team-specific seating sections?

St. Louis Cardinals will be occupying the dugout along the first base line. Tickets for Cardinals’ Season Ticket Holders will be allocated in sections on this side of the ballpark.

Chicago Cubs will be occupying the dugout along the third base line. Tickets for Cubs’ Season Ticket Holders will be allocated in sections on this side of the ballpark.


When do tickets go on sale?

Fans that have pre-registered on the MLB World Tour: London Series website (www.MLB.com/LondonSeries will have access to the Pre-Sale on Wednesday 30 November 2022 at 10.00 a.m. GMT (5.00 a.m. EST) - until Monday 5 December at 5.00 p.m. GMT (12.00pm EST). Fans must pre-register by 12.00 p.m. GMT (7.00am EST) on 5 December to gain access to the pre-sale.

How many tickets will I be able to order?

During General Sale fans can purchase up to eight tickets for either game.

Can I order more than eight tickets per person?

No, if you wish to purchase more than eight tickets per person, please liaise with a friend or family member to purchase additional tickets. Seats are not guaranteed to be next each other and cannot be moved.

How do I purchase tickets?

To complete your purchase, you will need to have an account with ticketmaster.co.uk. Existing ticketmaster.com accounts cannot be used. You can set up an account at ticketmaster.co.uk/member now, this will save you time at check out.

How much will the tickets cost?

Tickets will vary in price depending on where you choose to sit. Single tickets start from £38 for children and £54 for adults. *Subject to service and handling charges.

When will full ticket prices be released?

Ticket prices for each category will be available via Ticketmaster when pre-sale opens.

What are the additional charges and fees?

Service and handling charges are levied by the ticketing agent to cover the costs of their platform, people, service and booking process. These charges are in line with other major sporting and entertainment events.

Is there any information that might help me decide where I should sit?

St. Louis Cardinals will be occupying the dugout along the first base line, to the right of home plate. Chicago Cubs will be occupying the dugout along the third base line, to the left of home plate.

What will the view be like from my seat?

The MLB World Tour: London Series 2023 is a unique event, bringing an authentic baseball experience to London Stadium. The configuration of a baseball diamond allows for a variety of views from different parts of the stadium. Choose to sit behind home plate, along the foul lines, or in the outfield.

What is a Partially Restricted View seat (PRV)?

A partially restricted view means that you may be unable to see the entire field of play from that seat. You'll have either an incomplete view because of the position of the seats, or something may be in your line of sight. However, your view will never be completely impeded and you will always be able to see the batter on home plate and all the bases. A partially restricted view (PRV) seat will be clearly indicated when going through the purchasing process and sold at a discount to the surrounding seats with unrestricted views.

How will I receive my ticket(s)?

Ticketmaster:

You will receive electronic / mobile tickets through the Ticketmaster App or website based Ticketmaster account, approximately two weeks before the event. There are no additional charges for electronic / mobile tickets.

Or you can choose to receive your ticket(s) in the mail, if you wish to purchase a collector ticket. Please note that this will incur an additional charge which will be added to your bill prior to buying your tickets on ticketmaster.co.uk.

London Stadium:

You will receive digital tickets approximately two weeks before the event. There is an additional charge of £0.99 per order.

When will I receive my ticket(s)?

Ticketmaster:

You will receive an email to confirm your ticket purchase immediately, and the ticket(s) will be sent to you approximately two weeks before the event. You can choose to receive tickets via mobile (free of charge) or you can choose to receive your ticket(s) in the mail, if you wish to purchase a collector ticket for an additional cost.

London Stadium:

You will receive an email to confirm your ticket purchase immediately, and the ticket(s) will be sent to you approximately two weeks before the event. You will be issued digital tickets (additional charge of £0.99 per order).

Can I upgrade my game ticket to include hospitality?

A single game ticket cannot be upgraded to include hospitality. However, a selection of hospitality packages are available for you to purchase here.

How do I purchase a ticket for wheelchair user and ambulant disability access?

Fans who require wheelchair user and ambulant disability access can book online through Ticketmaster UK. There will be provision for those requiring assistance to be supported by a helper / carer who would receive a complimentary ticket. Please note that proof of this requirement may be needed.

Is there an age restriction for the MLB World Tour: London Series 2023?

Fans of all ages are welcome. However, under 16s must be accompanied by an adult aged 18 or over at all times.

Are there children's tickets available?

Fans under the age of 16 on the day of the game are be eligible for a children's ticket. A quantity of children's tickets are available in certain price categories; in other price categories, children will be required to purchase a full price ticket. Anyone entering the venue must be in possession of a valid ticket regardless of age; there are no 'babes in arms' or 'lap' tickets.

There are some seats which have a rail in front of them (Blocks: 218, 219, 220, 221, 222 and 223) which may result in a partially restricted view for children; these seats will be highlighted on the Ticketmaster platform. Please search for seats elsewhere in the stadium if this is a concern.

What if my ticket does not scan on the day of the event?

In the event that your ticket does not scan at the bridge scanning location, you will be referred to the Ticket Office where staff will assist you further.

Where is the Ticket Office located?

The Ticket Office is located on the South East of the Stadium Island, access is via a dedicated ticket office lane on Bridge 5.


What time can I enter the stadium?

London Stadium will open around three hours before the first pitch, 3.00pm BST (local London time) on Saturday 24 June 24 and 12.00pm BST (local London time) on Sunday 25 June. Entertainment, including food, beverages will be on offer throughout the day.

Is there parking available?

There will be no general parking at the stadium. We recommend all ticket holders use public transport. However, there will be limited parking for Blue (disability) Badge holders. Blue Badge parking passes can be purchased through London Stadium’s website. The exact location, directions and opening hours of the Blue Badge parking area will be confirmed in due course. Customers purchasing Blue Badge parking will be contacted closer to the event, to gather details such as car registration number, etc. Please add [email protected] to your safe senders list.

Is there additional support for people with disabilities?

Can I bring a pram/stroller?

Strollers and prams may be brought and stored at the venue. Scooters, skateboards and any other transport favoured by our youngest fans are not permitted at London Stadium. For locations of where you can store prams click here.

Will there be alcohol on sale?

The event is fully licensed and both non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages will be on sale. Responsible drinking is always encouraged.

Can I bring food and beverage into the ballpark?

Ticket holders may not bring food and beverage into the ballpark unless there are proven medical grounds for doing so. However, a wide range of food and beverage options will be available inside the ballpark. You will be allowed to bring empty plastic bottles of any size with the tops removed, unless indicated otherwise, to use at the refill points inside the Venue, however metal bottles are not permitted.
