Schedule:
Standard tour times are offered Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and Saturdays at 10:00 AM, 12:00 PM, and 2:00 PM.
Tour dates and times vary throughout the year based on the Marlins schedule and other events at loanDepot park.

Know Before You Go:
- Check in at the New Era Team Store in the West Plaza. View the ballpark map and directions to the Team Store here.
- Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled tour time.
- Guests should park in the Home Plate Garage located at 1502 NW 7th Street, Miami, FL 33125.
- If arriving via rideshare, use 1502 NW 7th Street for the closest drop-off point near Gate 1.
- This is a walking tour that includes stairs and ramps. The tour route is wheelchair accessible.
- Spanish-language tours may be available upon request at check-in.
- Complimentary parking is available on non-event days.
