Program Guidelines
The following guidelines must be followed to maintain continued access to the program:
- Organizations are expected to maintain an 80% or higher ticket redemption rate. Please consider this when requesting ticket quantities.
- Groups that fail to use at least 80% of awarded tickets may become ineligible for additional games during the current season and could receive reduced ticket allotments in future seasons.
- Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, raffled, or used for fundraising or commercial purposes. Violation of these guidelines may result in revoked tickets and/or discontinued program access.
- Donated tickets may not be promoted or solicited through social media or other media channels, as tickets are intended solely for the approved organization.
- Tickets may not be used as incentives for organization membership registration or participation.
- All tickets are subject to the terms and conditions listed on each ticket and available at www.marlins.com/ticketterms.
