Commissioner's Community Initiative (CCI)

Commissioner's Community Initiative

In partnership with MLB’s Commissioner’s Community Initiative, the Miami Marlins are proud to provide complimentary tickets to qualifying non-profits, public servants, and community groups who may not otherwise have the opportunity to attend a Major League Baseball game.

For questions on the CCI program or for further assistance, please contact communitytickets@marlins.com.

  • Tickets will be delivered electronically to the MLB Ballpark account associated with the email address provided on the application.
  • Tickets may be transferred to attendees through the MLB Ballpark app via email or text message. Bulk ticket distribution tools are also available.
  • Lost tickets cannot be replaced.
Program Guidelines

The following guidelines must be followed to maintain continued access to the program:

  • Organizations are expected to maintain an 80% or higher ticket redemption rate. Please consider this when requesting ticket quantities.
  • Groups that fail to use at least 80% of awarded tickets may become ineligible for additional games during the current season and could receive reduced ticket allotments in future seasons.
  • Tickets may not be resold, auctioned, raffled, or used for fundraising or commercial purposes. Violation of these guidelines may result in revoked tickets and/or discontinued program access.
  • Donated tickets may not be promoted or solicited through social media or other media channels, as tickets are intended solely for the approved organization.
  • Tickets may not be used as incentives for organization membership registration or participation.
  • All tickets are subject to the terms and conditions listed on each ticket and available at www.marlins.com/ticketterms.
