WHERE CAN I SCAN MY REWARDS CARD?
Your Rewards Card may be scanned at any concessions or merchandise locations at loanDepot park.
WHAT IS BALLPARK CREDIT?
Exclusive to Marlins Members, Ballpark Credit covers your concession purchases at loanDepot park. By enrolling early for a Marlins Membership, you may be eligible for a monthly allowance of Ballpark Credit this season. Contact your dedicated Membership Experience Executive or email [email protected] to find out if you are eligible today.
WHEN DOES MY BALLPARK CREDIT EXPIRE?
Ballpark Credit may be accessed in a monthly allowance on your Rewards Card from February 1 to October 31. This allowance will be available on the 1st of each month and will reset on the 1st of the following month. Eligible monthly allowances are as follows: February/March, April, May, June, July, August, and September/October. Ballpark Credit allowances do not roll over to the following month. Be sure to use each allowance to the fullest to get the most out of this exclusive benefit.
ARE THERE ANY EXCLUSIONS TO HOW THE REWARDS CARD MAY BE USED?
Rewards Card savings cannot be used on already discounted concession items, including combo items at loanDepot park concessions locations. The Rewards Card may not be scanned at cash only locations, such as roaming concession vendors. In addition, the Rewards Card may not be scanned for the following: autographed memorabilia from the Authentics Collection, Silent Auction bids with the Marlins Foundation, single game tickets, or membership plan upgrades, food and beverage packages or add-ons in loanDepot park premium and hospitality spaces, and loanDepot park parking. Benefits on the Rewards Card may not be combined with promotional offers and or Stored Value tickets at loanDepot park.
CAN I REQUEST A PHYSICAL REWARDS CARD?
As of January 1, 2019, all Rewards Cards may be accessed in the MLB Ballpark App via mobile device to provide easy access and prevent lost cards. Physical cards will not be available for the 2021 Season.
