When will my pitch be accepted?

There’s no specific time window for when pitches will be accepted. However, we will never accept pitches less than 24 hours before your scheduled game, unless submitted within that period. Remember that the higher your pitch amount, the better chance of your pitch being accepted.

Are there any fees?

No, there are no additional fees to use the TicketRev service when making your pitch for tickets. The price you offer is the price you pay.

Am I guaranteed to get tickets?

Pitches are not guaranteed to be accepted. We recommend offering a price within our suggested range to increase your chances of getting tickets.

What will my seating location be?

When making your pitch you’ll be asked to select your preferred seating zone. Your tickets are guaranteed to be within your selected seating zone. The higher your pitch amount, the better your seats will be.

Can I make a pitch for more than one seating location?

Yes, you may choose multiple seating locations and offer different amounts per zone to increase your chances of your pitch being accepted. We’ll never fulfill more than one seating zone per game.

Can I submit an offer for more than one game?

Yes, you may choose as many games as you’d like. When indicating your price offer, you’ll be asked to name your price per zone per each game. For example, if you’ve chosen home plate or baseline for two games, you’ll indicate four separate offers.

When will I be charged?

You’ll be charged for your pitch once it’s accepted. If your pitch is not accepted, you will not be charged. Note that a pre-authorization may be placed on your card upon pitch submission. If not accepted, the charge will be removed within 7 days.

Can I modify my pitch?

Yes, you may modify your pitch at any time before it is accepted. Once accepted, the sale is final and you may not make changes.

How do I access my tickets?

Tickets are delivered via Ballpark app. Once your pitch is accepted, you’ll receive an email notification and may navigate to the Ballpark app to find your tickets. Please ensure that you’re submitting your pitch with the same email address as your Ballpark account to ensure accurate delivery. Purchasers must have an app compatible device and download the MLB Ballpark app in order to receive any purchased tickets.

Can I share my tickets with someone else?

Yes, once your tickets are delivered you may transfer tickets to friends and family.

What is your refund policy?

You may cancel your pitch at any time before it is accepted. Once accepted, the sale is final and you may not receive a refund.
