How to Redeem Your Hard Rock Gift Card for Marlins Tickets

To use your Hard Rock gift card to purchase tickets, follow these steps:

  1. Click the "Buy Now" button to be redirected to the game schedule.
  2. Select your preferred game date to access the seating map.
  3. Choose your seats and proceed to checkout.
  4. To redeem the gift cards, you must log in or create an account with MLB Ballpark App, Gift Cards are not redeemable via a guest checkout.
  5. Enter your personal information, including:
    • Name
    • Email associated with the MLB Ballpark app
    • Billing address
  6. Input the code from the back of your gift card. The specified dollar amount will be applied toward your ticket purchase for the 2026 Marlins regular season.
  7. Cover any remaining balance with an alternate payment method (credit/debit card) if necessary. If your gift card balance exceeds the ticket cost, you can use the remaining funds for a future Marlins game. Check Balance »
  8. Complete your purchase and access your game tickets through the MLB Ballpark app.

  • Gift card funds can only be used for Marlins regular season tickets.
  • No refunds or exchanges.
