Access-A-Ride Bus Stop

The drop-off and pick-up location for all Guests using the Access-A-Ride service is the Bullpen Gate on 126th Street.

Assistive Listening Devices

Assistive listening devices are available at no charge by visiting the Rotunda Ticket Services Office on any game-day. A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification (e.g., valid driver's license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card) is required as a deposit. The assistive listening devices repeat the messages being broadcast by our Public Address system (at-bat info, between-innings announcements, etc.) and do not provide a broadcast of the game.

Captioning

Open captioning of the ballpark public address system is available on two LED displays: the Promenade ribbon board in left field, and the auxiliary video board in the right field corner. While at least one of these displays is visible from most Citi Field seating locations, guests who rely upon open captioning are encouraged to contact the Mets Ticket Office at 718-565-4360 for assistance with seat selection and purchase.

Dietary Restrictions

Unopened soft plastic bottles or juice boxes for beverages and wrapped food (or food contained in soft plastic, with no metal silverware) would be permitted into the ballpark and is subject to security search.

Disabled Guest Services

Citi Field offers several accommodations for our guests with disabilities, including seating, wheelchair entry, drinking fountains, elevators, the left field ramp, assisted listening devices, parking, restrooms, closed captioning and wheelchair requests.

Electrical Outlets

Electrical Outlets are available for charging electrical scooters and wheelchairs on all levels of the ballpark. For specific outlet locations guests should speak with any Guest Services Representative.

Emergency Plan

In the event of an emergency, instructions will appear on the scoreboard and Citi Vision board. The Command Post will direct all personnel to posts to assist in the orderly evacuation of guests and event staff.

Entry and Carry in Policy

  • Glass bottles, all metal cans and containers, and hard-sided coolers are not permitted in Citi Field. Guests may bring in one, soft, plastic, factory-sealed water bottles of 20 ounces or less, guests may also bring in one sealed, soft -sided child's juice box. Note: Water bottles and juice boxes may not be frozen.
  • Guests are not permitted to enter or remain in Citi Field wearing verbally provocative or inflammatory clothing and are subject to ejection.
  • All bags and hand-carried items are searched prior to entry. Items can be no longer than 16"x16 x8". There are no bag check facilities at Citi Field.
  • Prohibited items include items larger than 16" x 16 x8"; hard-sided coolers; all metal cans; glass bottles; open containers; commercial grade audio, video and photographic equipment; alcoholic beverages; illegal substances; laser pointers; noisemaking devices; fireworks, animals (except for assistive purposes); weapons and any items of similar nature.

Entry and Exit Points

All of our ballpark locations are ADA accessible. If an elevator is not available at the entrance, a ramp is available for patrons to take to the nearest level where an elevator can then be accessed.

Jackie Robinson Rotunda: Located directly in front of the 7 Train stop. Directly in front of the Homerun Apple. Upon entering you can access the elevator by entering thought the Ticket Services Ticket Office.

Payson Entrance: Located adjacent to Lot G along the 1st Base side of the ballpark.

Hodges Entrance: Located adjacent to Lot G along the 1st Base side of the ballpark.

Right Field Gate: Located adjacent to Lot G along the 1st Base side of the ballpark.

Bullpen Gate: Located off 126th Street (near Roosevelt Ave)

Left Field Gate: Located adjacent to Lot B along the 3rd Base side of the Ballpark

Stengel Entrance: Located adjacent to Lot B along the 3rd Base side of the Ballpark

Seaver Entrance: Located adjacent to Lot D along the 3rd Base side of the Ballpark

Fan Assistance Hotline

(646) 438-5000; Guests experiencing an issue that is not related to the action on the playing field (i.e. broken seats, unruly fans, hazardous concourse conditions) should alert Ballpark Operations by calling or texting the Fan Assistance Number. For any guest in need of assistance who is hard-of-hearing should be directed to text the hotline phone number.

Fan Assistance Stations

Fans can stop by these four (4) ballpark locations for directions, ticket sales information, to store strollers and wheelchairs, or for general assistance. Mets schedules and First Game Certificates are also available.

First Aid/Medical

The First Response First Aid room is located on the Field Level across from the Hyundai Club third base entrance.

Gate Times and Access

Monday-Friday Games: The Jackie Robinson Rotunda, Hodges Entrance and ticket windows will open 2 hours prior to each game so that fans may arrive early to watch infield and batting practice. All other gates will open 1 1/2 hours prior to the start of the game.

Saturday & Sunday Games: The Rotunda gate will open 2 1/2 hours prior to weekend game start times for Season Ticket Holders only. All other gates will open 2 hours prior to first pitch. Opening times may vary for doubleheaders, concerts and special game dates.

Handheld Radios

Handheld radios are available at no charge by visiting the Rotunda Ticket Services Office on any game-day. A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification (e.g., valid driver's license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card) is required as a deposit. The handheld radios provide our AM radio feed (710 WOR).

Noise Cancelling Headphones

Noise cancelling headphones are available at no charge by visiting the Rotunda Ticket Services Office on any game-day. A valid credit card or acceptable form of picture identification (e.g., valid driver's license or non-driver government-issued photo ID card) is required as a deposit. Noise cancelling headphones will block out most surrounding sound to ease the fan experience.

Parking and Transportation

Citi Field's parking lots include more than 350 parking spaces designated exclusively for our Guests with disabilities. These spaces are located in lots A, B, F and G, and are available to any Guest displaying a valid handicapped parking pass and possessing either a Citi Field preferred parking pass or a daily parking receipt for that day's event. Additional handicapped parking spaces are available in the Southfield Lot.

The Left Field Ramp is available for all guests. It is located in the left field corner behind sections 129,329, and 429.

Seating and Ticket Purchase

Over 800 wheelchair-accessible seat locations are available in various sections throughout Citi Field. Advance purchases may be made through all single game sales channels, including Mets.com and by calling the Mets Ticket Office at (718) 507-TIXX. Subject to availability, tickets are sold in advance and day-of-game at all our Box Office ticket locations. All ticket window counters meet the required height of 36" for wheelchair accessibility.

A minimum of one and maximum of three adjacent companion seat(s) may be purchased for each wheelchair accessible seat purchased. Additional seats, will try to be found in close proximity, up to the advertised ticket limit. The purchase of tickets for accessible seats is restricted to persons who have (or are purchasing tickets for someone who has) a mobility disability or a disability that requires the use of accessible features that are provided in the accessible seating.

Service Animals

Service animals are permitted at Citi Field. The Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) defines a service animal as any dog, such as a guide dog or signal dog that is individually trained to provide assistance to an individual with a disability. This includes psychiatric service animals that are individually trained to provide service to individuals with psychiatric or neurological disabilities, such as preventing or interrupting impulsive or destructive behaviors. Service animals must be harnessed, leashed or tethered at all times, unless special circumstances exist, and will be required to rest in the seating area of the individual with a disability, rather than in the aisle. A guest whose service animal poses a threat to the safety of other guests and employees, or whose animal is not housebroken, may be asked to escort the animal off the premises.

Ticket Services Office

The Mets Ticket Services Office at Citi Field is located just to the left of the Jackie Robinson Rotunda, which is on the South side of the ballpark (closest to Roosevelt Avenue).

Water Fountains

Water fountains can be found throughout Citi Field. They are located outside most restrooms along the first and third baselines on the Field, Porsche, Excelsior and Promenade Levels. All locations are ADA compliant.

Wheelchair Service

Wheelchairs are available for any patrons requiring assistance from a ballpark entry gate to their ticketed seat and/or from their seat back to a ballpark exit gate upon departure. This service is available by asking any staff member once inside the gates and is intended only for arrivals and departures. Wheelchair service is available between the ballpark gates and ticketed seat locations only. Wheelchair service may not be used to bring guests from seats to concessions, clubs, retail locations, or anywhere else in the ballpark other than a designated exit gate.

Wheelchair Storage

Fans can stop by one of the four (4) fan assistance stations to store strollers and wheelchairs, or for general assistance.
