New York Mets Ticket Policies for Impacted Games

As of 5/25/2021

With continuous improvement of public health circumstances and recent updates to New York State guidelines, we are pleased to increase the total number of tickets available to fans in Vaccinated Sections at Citi Field beginning Friday, June 11 vs. San Diego. This will allow us to accommodate and honor more ticket holders’ original purchases while also welcoming more fans back to Citi Field in a safe environment. Information regarding the impact of these recent updates to fans’ specific purchases will be communicated separately via email to these ticket holders.

In the weeks ahead, we will communicate to you directly, via social media, and at Mets.com and Mets.com/2021Updates with additional ticketing information regarding games in July, August and September.

As described in our 2021 Mets Ticket Assurance statement, the below policies lay out options, including how to obtain a refund, for fans with tickets to impacted games and our pledge to preserve your investment with the Mets.

We thank you for your understanding as we continue to navigate through these restrictions, and we wish good health and safety to all the members of our extended Mets Family.
