New York Mets Ticket Policies for Impacted Games

As of 4/20/2021

In accordance with New York State government mandates, the Mets are pleased to welcome fans at a reduced capacity for games at Citi Field for the beginning of the 2021 season.

We hope public health circumstances continue to improve as the season progresses to allow for additional capacity, we know at this time that we are unable to accommodate all ticket holders for games originally scheduled through the end of May. All eligible ticket holders for impacted games will be eligible to purchase tickets for games at reduced capacity, subject to availability. Information on how to purchase tickets for these games will be communicated separately via email to these fans.

When updated official information becomes available related to tickets for remaining games scheduled from June to September, we will communicate to you directly, via social media, and at mets.com and Mets.com/2021Updates.

As described in our 2021 Mets Ticket Assurance statement, the below policies lay out options, including how to obtain a refund, for fans with tickets to impacted games and our pledge to preserve your investment with the Mets.

We thank you for your understanding as we continue to navigate through these restrictions, and we wish good health and safety to all the members of our extended Mets Family.
