Red Sox legends Carlton Fisk and Luis Tiant to throw out tonight's World Series Game Six ceremonial first pitches at Fenway Park

Tonight will mark the first World Series Game Six played at Fenway Park since 1975, and two members of that World Series team will be a part of tonight's pre-game ceremonies. Hall of Famer Carlton Fisk, who dramatically-ended Game Six of the 1975 World Series with one of the most memorable walk-off home runs in baseball history, and three-time All-Star Luis Tiant, who went 2-0 in the '75 Series, will throw the ceremonial first pitches of Game Six of the 2013 World Series. Additionally, Dropkick Murphys, which formed in Quincy, MA, will perform the National Anthem. They will also play their hit song "I'm Shipping Up To Boston" for the fans at Fenway Park as part of the pre-game ceremonies. Game Six airs tonight, Wednesday, October 30^th at 8:00 p.m. ET on FOX.

DROPKICK MURPHYS: Boston's own Dropkick Murphys have risen from their humble beginnings to headlining sold out shows at Fenway Park and venues all over the world with their distinctive Celtic/Rock/Punk/Folk sound. Their 2005 single "I'm Shipping Up To Boston" became a worldwide hit and was featured in Martin Scorsese's The Departed, with subsequent albums breaking the Top 10 of the Billboard Top 200. The band's association with Boston and the Red Sox is also long and proud, especially through their charitable foundation The Claddagh Fund. Their revamp of the turn-of-the-century Red Sox rally song "Tessie" became the theme song for the team's 2004 World Series win. Dropkick Murphys have played at Red Sox games multiple times in 2004, 2007, and at the 2013 American League Championship Series clincher, with a perfect winning record at all those games.

GOD BLESS AMERICA: Performing "God Bless America" in the middle of the 7^th inning will be a quartet from the United States Air Force Heritage of America Band, Master Sergeant Jennifer Dashnaw, Technical Sergeant Quez Vasquez, Technical Sergeant Niko Ellison and Staff Sergeant Rachel Webber.

FIRST-BALL DELIVERY: Jordan Laudani, 10, will deliver the first-ball to the mound with Hall of Famer and Red Sox Legend Jim Rice. Laudani, who is a member of the Watertown Boys & Girls Club, is in the fifth grade at Hosmer Elementary in Watertown, MA.
