Miguel Abreu, who spent last season with the Phillies' Double-A affiliate, went 5-for-6 with a homer, three RBIs and four runs scored to send the Criollos past the Gigantes. Major League veteran Javier Vazquez scattered six hits over five shutout innings for Caguas, which got three hits and three RBIs from Carlos Rivera.
