Bizarre Inning-Ending Play for Florida State
Always know the count, kids.
With two outs in the top of the 5th, Florida State benefitted from a very strange play. Jacksonville's batter took ball three, thinking it was the fourth, and proceeded to first base. The runner on first headed to second, where he was tagged out by the heads-up Seminoles defense.
