Catcher Assists Pitcher on Diving Play

For whatever reason this Vine just popped up on my timeline. Sure it’s a little old, but it made me miss baseball so much. I don’t know how we’re supposed to go 100+ more days without it. And this is just an unbelievable play. Teamwork at it’s finest.
