The players listed below could provide difference-making stats for DraftKings participants on Wednesday.

Curtis Granderson (Mets): With 23 homers, 90 runs and 11 steals across 639 plate appearances, the outfielder has been a cost-effective option in many 2015 DraftKings contests. From his perch atop the lineup, Granderson could reach base often or score multiple runs when he faces rookie righty Williams Perez (5.16 ERA, 1.57 WHIP) and a Braves bullpen that ranks 29th in the Majors with a 4.73 ERA.

Yoenis Cespedes (Mets): With balanced career splits, Cespedes -- who has compiled 17 homers and 42 RBIs across 198 at-bats since joining the Mets on Aug. 1 -- could excel in a matchup against Perez (4.96 FIP) and a suspect Braves bullpen.

Anthony Rizzo (Cubs): Hitting .286 with 30 homers and 17 steals across 653 plate appearances this season, the first baseman possesses a diverse skill set that is matched by few players at his position. Rizzo could contribute in multiple ways when he faces Brewers rookie righty Zach Davies (6.00 ERA, 1.48 WHIP).

Chris Coghlan (Cubs): Coghlan has long fared best vs. right-handers, against whom he has produced a lifetime .786 OPS (.629 vs. lefties). The outfielder -- who also qualifies at second base in DraftKings contests -- could thrive in a matchup with Davies, who posted a 1.36 WHIP in the Minors this season.

Kyle Schwarber (Cubs): With 16 homers across 203 at-bats, the outfielder has been a notable factor of late. Schwarber -- who also qualifies at catcher in DraftKings contests -- could improve on his .985 OPS against right-handers (.498 vs. lefties) at the expense of Davies (4.78 FIP).

Dee Gordon (Marlins): The second baseman will be in position to improve on his lifetime .704 OPS against right-handers (.662 vs. lefties) when he faces Phillies righty David Buchanan (8.49 ERA, 1.99 WHIP in 2015). Gordon also has the speed to swipe his 54th base of the season against catcher Carlos Ruiz, who has thwarted 10 of 54 would-be base stealers in 2015.

Christian Yelich (Marlins): Yelich has produced notable career splits, with a .792 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .680 mark vs. lefties. On Wednesday, the outfielder will be set to succeed when he faces Buchanan (lifetime 5.32 ERA, 1.52 WHIP). Also of note: Yelich and his teammates will attempt to put balls into play against a Phillies squad that ranks last in the Majors with a .666 defensive efficiency ratio.

Lorenzo Cain (Royals): Hitting .304 with 16 homers and 28 steals across 565 plate appearances, the outfielder has contributed to 2015 DraftKings squads in multiple ways. From the No. 3 hole in the Royals' lineup, Cain could excel when he faces Mariners southpaw Roenis Elias (career 4.12 FIP, 1.29 WHIP).

Ben Zobrist (Royals): This season, the second baseman has registered a .912 OPS against left-handers that exceeds his .795 mark vs. righties. From his premium lineup spot, Zobrist could reach base often or score multiple runs at the expense of Elias (4.06 ERA in 2015).

Pedro Alvarez (Pirates): Having compiled 112 of his 129 career homers against right-handers, the first baseman could rip a round-tripper when he bats at homer-happy Coors Field against righty Christian Bergman (career 4.85 ERA, 1.42 WHIP). Alvarez may also excel late in the game against a Rockies relief corps that ranks last in baseball with a 4.74 ERA.

Neil Walker (Pirates): The second baseman will be poised to improve on his career .801 OPS against right-handers (.656 vs. lefties) when he faces Bergman (4.24 FIP in 2015) at offense-inducing Coors Field. Also of note: Walker and his teammates will attempt to put balls into play against a Rockies squad that ranks 29th in the Majors with a .672 defensive efficiency ratio.

Gregory Polanco (Pirates): As a big leaguer, Polanco has posted a .734 OPS against right-handers in comparison to a .509 mark vs. lefties. The outfielder could drive in multiple runs as part of a Pirates stack -- with Alvarez and Walker -- against Bergman and a suspect Rockies bullpen.

Carlos Gonzalez (Rockies): In his career, Gonzalez has fared best when facing right-handers (.300/.365/.562 slash line) and when batting at his hitter-friendly home park (.331/.392/.622 line). On Wednesday, the outfielder could have an outstanding game when he hits at home against Pirates righty Charlie Morton (career 4.46 ERA, 1.44 WHIP). Also of note: Gonzalez and his teammates will attempt to put balls into play against a Pirates squad that ranks 27th in the Majors with a .679 defensive efficiency ratio.

Charlie Blackmon (Rockies): Hitting .287 with 16 homers and 40 steals across 638 plate appearances, Blackmon has been a major contributor for many 2015 DraftKings squads. The outfielder has the plate skills to thrive when he brings his lifetime .790 OPS against right-handers (.723 vs. lefties) into a matchup with Morton. He also has the speed to swipe a base against Francisco Cervelli, who has allowed more steals than any other catcher in baseball this season.

Corey Kluber (Indians): With a 2.89 FIP and a 9.9 K/9 rate this year, the 2014 American League Cy Young Award winner continues to be one of the most dominant pitchers in baseball. The right-hander could spin a gem when he faces a Twins lineup that ranks 26th in the Majors with a .697 OPS against righties. Kluber faced Minnesota twice in August, allowing two runs with 17 strikeouts across 18 innings in those starts.

Bartolo Colon (Mets): With a 1.21 ERA across 37 1/3 innings since Aug. 26, the right-hander is one of the hottest pitchers in the Senior Circuit. Colon could continue to silence the opposition when he works at home against a Braves lineup that ranks 28th in the Majors with a .676 OPS against right-handers and last in baseball with 88 homers.
