Dodgers bringing back entire coaching staff

LOS ANGELES -- Manager Don Mattingly's coaching staff will return in 2015, Dodgers president of baseball operations Andrew Friedman announced Friday.

The staff had been in limbo since last month's playoff loss in St. Louis, and the situation wasn't resolved until the Dodgers finalized their front-office hirings this week.

Returning will be bench coach Tim Wallach, pitching coach Rick Honeycutt, hitting coach Mark McGwire, third-base coach Lorenzo Bundy, first-base coach Davey Lopes, assistant hitting coach John Valentin, assistant pitching coach Ken Howell and bullpen coach Chuck Crim.

Honeycutt is the longest-tenured member of the staff and will be entering his 10th season.
