As if this movie couldn’t get any cooler.

Ham and Smalls (Patrick Renna and Chauncey Leopardi, respectively) were in Minnesota while the Red Sox were facing the Twins. They took time for this photo, which proves two things:

1) Patrick Renna and Chauncey Leopardi are awesome by taking a picture with the Sox.
2) The Red Sox are awesome for posing with characters from an amazing baseball flick.

Here’s another 5 things you should know about the movie and the team:

1) My mom likes The Sandlot.
2) My dad and mom love the Red Sox.
3) I love BOTH.
4) The Red Sox love winning baseball games.
5) The cast of The Sandlot loves winning large amounts of money. Most people probably love that too. I can’t really imagine anyone not loving large amounts of free money as a prize. That’s crazy.

The Sandlot celebrates its 20th anniversary this year.
